I buy a brand new Dell Inspiron gaming laptop, and pay ($10) for a scheduled FedEx delivery due to workWhen I open the box both the laptop and the adapter are brokenThe laptop said no hard driver is installed, and the adapter is physically brokenThe broken is obviously caused by the malfunction when assembling
I am so upset that it seems Dell do not have any quality testing stuff before shipping their productsThe adapter is physically broken with wires and components exposed to users, which could hurt peopleIt should be discovered if someone takes a single look at the adapterAnd If there is quality inspector turn on the laptop before shipping, they will see the hard driver problem at the first glance
I have already taken photos of the two problems, as well as the packing slipAnd will happy to provide these photos if needed

I purchased a tv on April We received the tv on May and upon opening the box discovered the tv was bustedWe spoke with customer service that afternoon and they said we would receive a replacement in daysWe called today May and discovered that the exchange order had been cancelled due to technical difficulties and they would have to restart the exchange process and it would be another days before we would receive itIf this is the case it will be a month from the time we purchased the tv until the time that we will get one that hopefully worksThis is completely unacceptableDell customer service is the worst I have ever dealt withYou can not understand anything anyone says and they will transfer you around several times even to departments that have nothing to do with exchangesI just want a working tv

Dell sent me the inferior machine, either by mistake or intentionally
Dell promised to correct their mistake, and send me the correct machine on Nov 19, 2016, but days later, the machine has not even left Dell

Receiving tracking information from Dell.com that the item was fulfilled promptly and tracking information showed that the item was being fulfilled from less than miles away from my homeReceive notice from delivery company that earliest delivery was for 08/which is about 9-days after original purchase

What's worse is that their website does not allow a user to write a review on XPS I noticed it when I tried to write a review days ago, and the link is still brokenIt seems that many users have problems with their XPS 9570, and I have a suspicion that Dell intentionally crippled the linkVery dishonest practice, to say the least
