In November my wife purchased a new laptop the Dell sales person offered her a Venue Pro tablet with free Windows upgrade and also stated that she could add the Venuetablet as a second devise to her Office programHe misrepresented the capibilities of the Venue Pro
When we attempted to load Windows it said follow the screen prompts, the screen went black and windows and the Office program would not load three weeks later the tablet stopped powering up Sent it in to be repaired the tech said it would be just like new when I got it back Got it back still did not load Windows 10, it did say Not enough memory, and the Office program would not load without disconnecting the laptopWorked for three weeks then again quit powering up Called complained talked to more than a dozen tech's, the Supervisor in the Resolution Center said these things are prone to fail, I asked to have it replaced because there is a defect within the tablet, he said no, that he would make s

PROBLEM/ISSUE: EMPLOYEE ERROR...BACK panel damaged/marred (or unnecessarily replaced)...it was NEW!!! The manufacturer's clear protective plastic fell off only 2-weeks prior to being shipped to Dell's Repair Center
Also, Dell's Repair Center failed to return: ADPT.AC.65W.LTON.3P.L6.4.5MM & CORD.PWR.125V.2.5A.1M.C5.US, but did mail them to me on 2/20/

I bought my Dell over a year agoSince then I have been getting calls from "The Dell Customer Support Center) trying to get me to pay them money and when I tell them it is a scam, I have has terrible sexual things said to me, by a Dell employeseAt first I blocked all call from the customer service and there was peaceI have since had to use customer service over and over again so and had to unblock the calls If it was once in a while I could Ignore itIt happens daily, sometimes two or three times a dayI have called and complained over and over to no availI have asked for customer service in the US and they keep sending me to IndiaThe final straw when I called for a manager and was given the phone number to the scam! I am consistently being harassed by these men working for Dell and I can't get anyone in India to listen or to stop these menPlease help! This is an ongoing issue I originally purchased my Dell Inspiron series on 9/19/ It malfunctioned on 12/16/I attempted to get a refund and was denied due to company policy After finally filing a Revdex.com complaint, I was told Dell would send me a brand new computer I received it 01/10/ This past week the computer will freeze and make a horrible noise and not do anything I have to turn off computer completely in order for it to work I am beyond frustrated with Dell products I spent over $for a laptop in order for me to get my graduate work completed It hasn't been even a year since I purchased it and I continue to have problems I want a refund as this has been the second computer with problems This is unacceptable

I bought a Dell Inspiron laptop from Best Buy in June
Suddenly on Jan 10th 2018, the laptop screen that attaches to the bottom part of the laptop via attachments, the right side attachment came off and the bolts popped out without any dropping of the laptop
I google about this issue and many others are also having the same issue Here is the link to one of the other folks who had this same issue

I called Dell support and they spoke to me for minutes and disconnected Then I chatted with them and they said that I would have to pay for this to be fixed and that it is not under warrantee
How is this not under warrantee when it just popped out on its own without dropping the laptop
This needs to be fixed by Dell free of charge since this is a product issue
