I ordered preorder gamesusing a $gift card First game was damage in shipping, but Dell refused to exchange in timely fashion or refund
I ordered the games in September Using $Dell gift card for part of the payment Fedex delivered the first game on 10/20, but the game was damaged in shipping It was shipped unprotected in an envelop, and the disk was damaged I refused the shipping and gave the package back to Fedex driver I called Dell to get replacement, but was told the game would not arrive until after 7-business days The only reason I paid $for this game was because of the "pre-release" before 10/ After 10/21, I could buy it from any store locally for half the price Dell also told me that they would not refund me, because the gift card already expired A week later, on 10/27, Dell call me and told me that they could not process the replacement for the damaged game, because part of the order is for another game that is not going to release until

I have attempted to cancel this order now several times and I still can not seem to cancel the order Your sales representative never had me verify the shipping on the order When I received the order via email, I noticed the order was being shipped to the wrong locatoin The order should be shipped to the location on my profile

I needed the first shipment but the representative would NOT call fedex and give them the correct information

Bought a Dell Inprion(7559) and I am having known issues with it and have called tech support numerous times with no luckThey changed the case about a month after I bought it because on known case issues with the case seperating, Also having issues with cooling fans and the AC adapterThe updated model the does not have the same issues that the doesThe case seperating and hinge issues are know by dell and the community and there are muliple customer complaints

Ive enjoyed the products but the customer service was lacking especially of lateI was rewarded for buying a $gift card with a $rewards coupon that I used to buy more productsNot only did they never send that product, they refunded me without me knowing to my original gift card which conveniently expired just a couple weeks laterThen I had to go through six people just to figure out what happened and that there was nothing they would doSeems pretty low classPlease be wary when dealing with Dell.com
