Fact on 2-24-I purchased a Dell Inspiron Laptop from Dell online
I received the product approximately days after I ordered it online
I paid a total of for the product via my credit card
Fact: Upon arrival I following instructions on starting up the computer This computer had all software pre-installed (Windows 10)
Fact: Dell computer is Advertised of having 2GB of memory
Fact: while this computer is advertised of having the 2GB of memory Dell fails to disclose that due to the pre installed windows software THERE IS NO MEMORY AVAILABLE and you can not uninstall windows programs to make room

On September 15, I purchased a Dell Inspiron to use as a personal laptop It was delivered the following week as I was packing to leave for a work trip The computer sat in the box for about days while I was traveling After returning home, I configured the laptop and started to use the machine After about the 4th day, it crashes and shows the blue screen of death The same thing happened about days later I set the machine to original configuration and started over at loading programs About days later the computer does it again, I take the laptop to my work IT department and ask them to assist as I think I must be setting things up wrong and there are conflicts somewhere They decide to set to original configuration and go through the process again After getting the laptop returned, I kept getting the blue screen of death every or days
I contacted Dell explained the situation to them asking for a replacement They refused to replace I worked with level

My experience working with Dell's customer service via telephone has been very frustrating I did not receive two key pieces of information we needed to get Office started on our new laptop, or to define the premier support service we bought
When I called the customer care line, two calls were dropped or I was put on indefinite hold The issue was not resolved until I spent minutes on the phone with a supervisor To make all this more complicated, Dell has out-sourced its customer care to a country where English is not a first language, and although I have extensive experience working with non-English speakers, I had a very difficult time understanding the customer care representatives In addition, I spent an extra $on a premium technology support for four years, but Dell never sent any written instructions on how to access that support or what it does and doesn't cover
