I have had multiple issues over the course of the year I have had my laptop I also spent over $for technical support which has only made my issues worse The last attempt is to reinstall Windows which I purchased a thumb drive that is not working - then the technician (which I get a different person every time) said to copy Windows latest version, which I cannot to the thumb drive because it is Write protected I have spent countless hours and time and the outcome is my laptop still does not work This is not ok and the money I have spent on the laptop, service and additional software which I cannot use, is money down the drain I have demanded a refund for the service-which is awful and for my machine that I cannot use, but always get someone calling me back to try to help fix the problem --NOTHING IS FIXED, THEY JUST MADE IT WORSE AND I CAN NEVER GET A MANAGER HERE TO CALL ME BACK

I ordered a computer online from Dell's website on 10/31/ I subsequently received an e-mail telling me my purchase was on hold because the credit card company did not authorize payment until I authorized it because it was flagged as a possible fraudulent orderI notified the credit card company that it was okay to authorize payment and then called Dell customer service to let them know they could put the order (***) through and the payment would go through this time I was transferred no fewer than times in what appeared to be a circle of India based call centers and no one would address my issue After the first times I asked them to stop transferring me and to resolve the issue They ignored me and continued to transfer me with no one taking care of the problem I finally gave up and Dell has lost a customer because of the treatment I received

I'm going to keep this short and to the point:
I ordered a XPScomputer back in February I received late February, powered it up for the first time and everything seemed normal, however the computer went into hibernation mode and from there I could never get it powered back onI called tech support, they could not solve the issue, finally I hit the power button one more time and it powered upThen after use I powered it down, the next day went to power it up and it would notI called Dell support after hours of cell time and being transferred to all of the World finally someone told me they would not give me a refund because it was past the daysI finally agreed to let them send me another one in exchange, well powered that one and it went to a blank screen and now it will not turn on or off So for going on one month and a half I have had nothing but troubleI called again today and started the process f getting transferred from department to departmentStated once agai

In September 2016, I purchased a laptop computer and a tablet sleeve from Dell, using my credit line with Dell Financial After I received these, I then received a DUPLICATE orderI followed the directions on the dell.com website regarding returns; I did not open the box the laptop came in; I simply placed the return label on it and shipped it back via UPS the next dayA few days later, I received email confirmations from Dell that both duplicate items were received and that they were processing my returns

My personal identifiable information was lea*ed from Dell I was called by a person impersonating a Dell employee The caller had my name, address, service tag number, and model of my computer The caller stated that they detected malicious code coming from my computer and wanted to help me solve this problem I as*ed them to verify my information (given above) and they verified all my information I still suspected something so I as*ed for a case number, in order to call bac* Dell and verify that the call was legitimate The caller hung up on me I called Dell and the customer service line gave me the number to the Federal Trade Commission, they told me that the FTC could help me solve the problem!! I believe my PII has already been exposed and is trying to be ta*en advantage of maliciously This poses a great ris* to my identity, my security online at home, and all other ways my PII can be used to harm my credit and name
