Dell lured me into purchasing hardware to get my computer running and said to just call in when it got here to remedy the situation I did, and they shipped it "overnight" to a wrong address They then shipped again"overnight."
In the end, it took over two weeks to receive an "overnight" package.then they wanted to charge me more money in labor I was told that it would be of no charge

I purchased a Dell Inspiron series from Dell.com on November The new laptop started freezing up, wouldn't recognize the power cord, and had a loud popping noise with the internal speaker I contacted Dell Tech Support online (and through dell emails) on Jan 11, After two re-installs of the operating system at Tech Supports request the laptop still was not fixed Tech support then required me to send the computer to the Dell Repair Depot When I received the computer back, it still was not fixed and had all the same problems Then Tech Support sent an On-Site technician (to my residence in Florida where I am currently at) to have them fix the problems The only thing the Tech Support technician could do was to order a new power cord and tell Dell that he could not repair it After speaking with Tech Support by emails, Tech Support said they would send me a replacement computer to which I requested that a new computer (no refurbished one) was sent On April

Incorrect equipment received, returned for correct replacement to be shippedReceived replacement and received exact same incorrect orderI called customer service to resolve the issue and was treated very poorly with no concern to make the order rightThe customer support team at Dell cannot understand simple English that my order had the wrong bill to name and order number but had my ship to address so they duplicated the mistake without correction
We called customer support on the second error and had to go through multiple people and finally had to ask for a supervisor who was the worst of allWe were told to expect a refund maybe in days and reorderThat is a great way to show how to correct their mistake

I got a Dell reward a while ago, then I made some order online, Dell just kept cancelling my order and eventually voided my rewardit seems like Dell pretended to appreciate my business and pretended to issue me a reward but they never let me use itI was never able to use this $towards any Dell purchase
