I ordered a Dell ultraSharp dual monitor bundle and received email that the order was confirmed and the estimated delivery was Nov hours later Dell did a you turn stating that the order was cancelled because I requested it
When I contacted the Chat rep, they said that the cancellation was due to a verification issueWhen I asked for what they were trying to verify they couldn't give me a straight answerNow I was transferred to another rep, noting that would be able to better assistThe new rep said that the cancellation was because the item might have been OOS and asked me to re-orderHow am I supposed to re-order an item that's out of stock

Dell has sent us a computer that doesn't work We have spent many hours on the phone and even sent the computer in to be fixed It still doesnt work and they only hang up on me $is alot to pay for a computer that doesn't work I've asked for a refund or a new computer They haven't given any solutions

June I had a computer fail due to a bad motherboardDell technical support fixed the computer under warrantyLess than three months later I had the same trouble now the warranty is expired they won't repair the computer and don't have the parts

I purchased a Dell XPS refurbished, and received it January 12, On March 20, 2018, the hard drive totally crashed resulting in complete loss of all my data I spent more than hours on the phone with Customer Service, only to be told that I would need to mail in the computer for a new hard drive days later, I received a box in the mail to send in my computer, and I was told that it would take approximately days to receive my computer back

To summarize the experience:
1.) I ordered a Laptop from Del on 5/31/Total price $I Waited a week for the laptop arrived June 6,
2.) I configured the laptop and loaded Microsoft Office The laptop rebooted to a blue screen and required complete reloads the first day This continued the next day as the Laptop continuously rebooted itself and requested me to reload itThe options for a Windows repair were not available
3.) I contacted tech support the following day (Thursday, June 8, 2017) as the issues persisted for the 3rd day I spent over hours on the phone with *** He informed me I had to wait days for a repair (after paying for 24-hour repair service) because (I called too late on Thursday and repairs are not made on the weekends)
4.)I chose to return the defective laptop if I could receive a refund in full *** said I probably would since the laptop was defective - but he would check and get back to me June 13th, after

I purchased an Alienware (Dell) Laptop from Costco on October 26, for $as I needed both a reliable and powerful computer for my engineering schoolwork
Since this date, I have not had a properly functioning laptop for more than a week or two at a time
I've had countless issues with screens, wifi dropping out, power supply issues, and touchpad issues
Dell initially failed to repair the original laptop correctly, so they replaced it with another laptop of the same kind that has been functionally worse than the original

With the current computer, Dell has replaced the screen twice, both times putting back in another faulty screen, the wifi dropout is 10-times per day, and their service representatives lie nonstop on the phone about when the laptop will get repaired and its current status
None of this is acceptable, especially for a computer that I paid $for as a loan burdened college student

The complaint is in regards with my Dell Inspiron Series (Service Tag number - ***) which I had bought in the last week of December from Best BuyI have maintained the laptop in perfect physical condition till now, and it looks brand new
