I have been trying to resolve an order issue for a TV that I paid for on Nov 26, My order information still shows "In Transit" shipped on 11/26/ When in fact the item never shipped and order was never fulfilled
At one time I was offered a TV that was a lower resolution and cheaper TV as a "Like replacement" I have been trying to get the issue resolved ever since and now the company has became unresponsive

My daughter purchased an Inspirion laptop for me in October as a Christmas presentI did not open the laptop and set it up until January 30thAs soon as I set it up it had problems My daughter called and reported it in FebruarySomeone connected and ran some updates on the computerHowever the problem persistedIn April someone connected again and changed some settings and ran updates againThe problem still occurredI then was told to ship it back into themThey sent it back with a new Hard drive and adaptor however I requested a laptop as I was given a new laptop and do not want to keep a laptop with so many issuesDell refuses to give me a new laptop even though there is a full warranty on the deviceWhen I call customer service the keep transferring me constantly and when I ask them for their cooperate address so that I can file a formal complaint in my state they hang up the phoneI really just want a new laptop seeing that it was already paid for and the warranty

Dell intentionally didn't process payment so they can leverage a new sale without a discounted priceI purchased a Dell computer using several one-time use coupons on a valid payment method and the company stated that the payment failed without justificationI followed up the my payment courier (PayPal) and they stated their were no issues with the payment being sent and that Dell needed to process paymentAfter communicating this with Dell, no one seemed to know how to process the payment in their endAs of 12/they randomly canceled my order without notice making my original discounted purchase null and voidThey suggested resubmitting the order at full priceWhat occurred here is not only fraudulent but very dishonest to customersI've read several other similar complaintsLooks like a scammy tactic in order for them to recoup on sales loss

I received a refurbished laptop from the Dell outlet, the computer came with a defective battery
I called Dell technical services who transferred me to Dell parts, who dispatched me a battery and a return FedEx label for the old battery, the problem is Dell forgot to tape closed the battery box and when the box arrived, it was empty!
I called and complained back to Dell and emailed them photos of the empty box and no packing tape, they then shipped me another battery in a taped closed box, but keep on cyber stalking me every week and wont stop harassing me via email for me to return a battery that I do not have, I deem this to be Felony abuse of a disabled adult and will be pressing criminal charges against Dell which is a 3rd Degree Felony in *** if they persist on their stalking me, they even have the nerve to tell customers to call their "Parts phone hotline", which ALWAYS goes to voicemail every single day on every single attempt

I purchased on new laptop directly from Dell months ago and have had nothing but problems with it I have had to call the customer service team numerous times and have spent many hours on the phone with them Some of the issues involve poor performance from the machine, the internet not working on my machine even though it works on other devices, and now most recently the battery will not charge All of this on basically a brand new computer, I have barely been able to use the device because of the poor performance and now I must keep it plugged into the A/C adapter to use it at all I have requested to return my product for a refund on several different occasions On the last occasion I was transferred to different departments times without being able to speak to someone about the refund I was referred to their customer care team which only operates during business hours and after several attempts to get through to that team I have been unsuccessful
