Ordered a Dell computer on Black FridayLater that day I found an HP that was $cheaper with same specsI contacted Dell to try to get price reduced but was only offered $offI cancelled the order less than hours from the time I placed it and was told that I could not cancel the order even though it was one of the options on the customer portal that was emailed to meI contacted customer service and again was told the order MUST go throughI stated that it is not necessary to create this product and force me to have to mail it backDell refused to cooperate and is insisting on mailing the product

I purchased my delllaptop Latitude service tag ***, I called Dell to let them know that my computer had a melt down, they send me a box to send the computer to be repaired , I send the my computer too Dell robe repaired They said parts on back order! I I received the computer on 3/22/ I went to turn the computer on and I needed a recovery code, so I contacted Dell and the guy said at dell that I need to end the computer back to be repaired!! I asked them just send me a New computer and the guy talk he will talk to the supervisor *** the supervisor said he will not send me a new computer, he wanted me to send this computer back to them to be furthered repaired! The used to be good about customer service but NoT any more!!!

I was placed orders on 10/24/2016, they cancelled my orders without any reason, then I request refund, one order send me an check, but I type wrong billing info(incorrect name) when I placed order, then I request them to return the check(by myself) and resent me a new check with right billing info, they declined, another one order have no refund, no response, I lost my money

Dell refused to honor their Price match policy, The policy on your website reads:

So it read it as Dell will not price match any prices for the week before and the week after thanksgivingI attempted to price match past the given time frame (a week after thanksgiving) and I am still within my days of purchase (purchased 11/17)Dell reps refused to price match So I am having a hard time understanding why they will not price match their competitors as spelled out in their policyAfter a few emails back and forth, they reps just stopped responding to me, which I thought was very rudeI usually shop with confidence on dell, but not anymore

My system required a technician to fix The tech broke the system, the next tech could not fix it Due to the tech breaking the laptop I was offered an extended warranty of months on the old system and was provided a spec out on the new system which included a year warranty
