The representatives on the phone do not tell me the exact requirements they need in order to send me the box to ship the computer back to the Dell warehouse for replacement, but rather tell me after the fact that I do not have the correct information, document, etc until after I have sent it
At this point, I have done everything I possibly can to get Dell the proof of purchase to prove that I am the one who originally purchased the computer, but they are unwilling to comply with sending me the box to get my computer fixed
