Someone through their customer service line told me that I need to pay for Dell to help me with my computerMy computer is less than a year old and they want me to pay for extra warranty in order to get my computer fixed

I ordered laptop computers from them on November 27th, I received on them around November 30th via FedExI never got the other they said they were delivered and gave me the date and time, They were shipped to Subway where I am the general manger at said they were signed for and gave the name I don't have an employee that works at any of my locations with that nameI checked CCTV for the date and time they said it was delivered and saved the video and there was no UPS delivery that dayDell shipped me a replacement order laterTime I got these units my ex had all ready bought the kids laptops so I decided to return of them and use myselfEveryone I spoke with said I will get a refund rep even emailed me saying the refund was being processedA month latter I still don't have a refund yet I'm paying interested on the finance charges and only have laptopThis is my final way to resolve this before I'm forced to file legal action

I ordered a Laptop from Dell on 11/15/16, after purchasing this item from their website the information showed that I will be receiving the laptop on 11/22/After several days Dell still has not put the tracking number on the check order status on there websiteI have called many times and spoke to different people which all told me different thingsThey said they would get back to me in hours, when they got back to me they sent me a tracking number from an order in that was not mineI called again and the rep told me they would get back to me in another hours of looking into this This is my last and final time I will ever be buying anything with this companyI have still not received my product and an answer to my problem

They issue me returned labelI returned the wrong item they ship me the same day as the delivery date So no day or two delayed when I returned the packagesI always return the package the same day when the package was delivered Now Dell is saying its a fraud issue
I can see if there was a delay returning the package but all of them was returned back the same day
Dell need not to call me for this its harassment I did nothing wrong it's Dell shipping crew

I have a week old Alienware R(can't return) and I been having issues gaming or using any of the key features due to the CPU 7300hq being severely under poweredDell advertised this laptop as being able to utilize VR, GSYNC, Alienware Graphics Amplifier etcbut I am unable to use any of those features because the cpu is constantly pegged at 100% during any game play
