I recently financed and bought a computer through dellIts been nothing short of a horror story since then
First they would not verify my accountI was on hold for a total of hours with this companys customer support
They would hang up or just tell me my information was wrongI looked at the email and my dell account and the address which they will not confirm is right on the paper workI have spent days trying to reach a solution and all they keep talking about is ill have my info when they send me a statement or bill
I am not going to pay any bill or statement for a product I have not recieved
So now iam stuck with account they will not let me access because they will not accept the info on the paper work that they approvedI keep getting put on hold or hung up on with customer support
I have tons of emails I have recorded the phone conversations as well
The only acceptable response from dell is for them to do the right thing and verify my account whic

I ordered a wireless router from Dell, here is the order information:

My package arrived at my city on July 6th, but my package wasn't delivery I asked FedEx and they told me that Dell call them to send the package backI called Dell customer service and they told me I have verification issues and ask me to call their verify department
I called the number they give to me, but the guy told me he cant solve this problem and transferred my callAfter multiple times of transfer they told me to call another numberIn the end, I fund that the number I had already calledNow their customer service ask me just to wait for the package return to Dell and told me I will get the refund after Dell receive the item
I check the FedEx website and the tracking information shows the package is still in my cityI don't know what happened and no body can tell me what happened

I placed an order with Dell.com on May 24th for a simple chromebook to be delivered on June 1, It did not come by that date I received an email saying there were "technical difficulties" I spoke on the phone with a gentleman and he "helped" me resolve that issue and create a new order and cancel the previous order It was then schedule to be received by June It was not received today and today I got an email stating June 13th I emailed the original gentleman and told him this was unacceptable All I want is a chromebook for my son's birthday that is not days past After I emailed him today I received another email later today that stated the order had "technical difficulties" again! There is NO billing issue I have a $limit My account is paid I cannot get a hold of anyone to help me determine the real issue I have asked to speak to a manager and have not been contacted by one I could have easily purchased a chromebook at a local store, but chose t

I bought a pair of Bose headphones(order # ***) I never actually received product even though FEDEX tracking says it was delivered and signed by ***I don't know anyone by that name
I talked to three different Dell customer service reps about this and they all wanted me to file a police report before they can even ask FEDEX about what happenedThat didn't make any sense because 1) I don't know if it was stolen or not (the police require a sign of confirmation that no one can provide) and 2) it was a gift for someone w** lives in that address and I'm not physically in the delivery location anymore 3) I was supposed to receive the package, it didn't get here without any fault of my own, and now it's ME that has to do anything before Dell will even start doing anything about it?

The computer was respired twice for the issues and yet it still does not workThe mouse is getting stuck, the key board slips, monitor has white line coming thru after it gets heat up, its still heating up Additionally, upon receiving back the system, it was cosmetically mishandled by the repair departmentThere are scratches all over the computer and gives the computer a very negative appearance which I do not want for my systemI always take care of my system and expected the same from Dell as well

I purchased a mini-desktop and a laptop on Black Friday special from Dell in I received all of the confirmation e-mails, the shipping confirmation e-mails with tracking numbers and my credit card was charged The computers were shipped via Fand made it all the way to my local Fwarehouse when they were called back I called Fto find out why they were sent back to the Dell Warehouse and they said they didn't know why, just that they had a return to shipper order from Dell I called Dell and my nightmare began I spent numerous hours (well over 3) on the phone let alone the time I spent on chat, the computer tracking the computers, etc No one has ever told me why the computers were recalled My credit is excellent and my credit card company authorized the payment After repeated attempts to get Dell to respond with anything (I was only able to get the customer service number in some foreign country) I have resigned to only filing complaints against the business for not fulfilling their obligation I was refunded the cost of the computers so I am not out the money anymore but I am left to only wonder why Dell reneged on the sale I guess they are doing so well in sales they don't need my business which they won't get now MrMichael Dell, your business is a reflection on you and I can only say that it is a very poor reflection right now

Dell has continued to fail in refunding a return that was purchased on a gift card and returned to them over months They continue to say the issue has been fixed but have failed to deliver on the return of funds

Received a replacement computer for a defective computer at the end of July, Since then, the LCD screen failed which they replaced and now the Motherboard failed (Oct 6, 2016)It has been an extremely frustrating experience since then to get the necessary parts for the repairI have many emails documenting the process and to date, they have no parts and no ETA availableI have requested another replacement but I am getting the run aroundI have been lied to by service technicians and their supervisors regarding availability of parts and getting return phone calls within a specified timeframeI need help getting this issue resolved as soon as possibleI tried impressing upon them how important a functioning computer is to me but it falls on deaf ears
