I purchased a Dell Alienware Area Computer I added a four year warranty Monitor went out in a year I contacted Dell, they did not honor warranty, they told me the monitor was purchased separately and the monitor was not included The sales tech who sold the system to me told me the monitor was included 01/17/04:50:55PM Agent (TIP_*** *): "also included a inch full HD monitor ***." I showed them this comment from the sales tech To: "***_***" She told me the monitor was not included in warranty I had to purchase a monitor to replace the "included" monitor, I then had to place it under its "own" warranty so this does not happen to me again Here is the kicker, when you go to the Dell website and look at monitors to buy they all say they come with a yr warranty, and they don't I have MS and when I am "baited" then switched in a deal, trying to understand it all is harder for me

On March 7th I called the Support Department to find out what I need to do to replace the screen on my Dell XPS Touch-screen laptopThey informed me that since the computer is not under warranty that I could purchase the replacement display assembly and a technician would come to my location to install itI was told that it should take no more than days to ship the part to the technician and have him come to my home for repairI agreed and paid $over the phone for this serviceBy March 14th I still had not been contacted by a service technician so I emailed the sales person who sold me the service, a Ms *** ***, to get an updateI received no replyOn the 16th I sent another follemail and still did not get a replyI called the support number on Thursday March 17th and they could not explain why the part was not shipped yetThey informed me that a supervisor would call me at 4:00pm my timeI never received a call backI called again this morning and was i

I placed an order for a new computer and monitor with a representative of Dell Inc at the beginning of December
First issue) I was told that the product would arrive by December 18, The product arrived days later than it was promised to
Second issue) Dell representatives lied to me that monitor would work wirelessly with the modemAnd they lied about the arrival date

I purchased a computer on *** from Dell and received in on approximately August 26, The computer immediately started having issues and I had to contact technical support I was in contact with technical support trying to resolve the issue for close to a week I was then informed that I needed to send the computer in I sent in in on 9/14/ They contacted me a week or so later stating that it was unable to be fixed and they would be sending me a replacement computer I waited over a week and did not receive any notification of shipment, however received my old hard drive in the mail (which they stated was policy) I was informed a few weeks laster that they had shipped my computer out but it was sent to the wrong address (even though they had shipped my hard drive to the right address) I was informed they would have to try and reclaim my computer from the incorrect address Now it has been over a month of continuous calls (on my end) trying to get the computer tha

I made an order with dell small and medium business over the phone on 3/25/ The representative that I spoke with and placed the order with was *** *** I was looking for spare screws for hard drives for use in dell servers, *** *** found the screws I was looking for and asked me how many I needed I said I needed about of two different types #6-and M They said fine and told me that the price was "Five ninety-seven" $ What they actually meant was five hundred and ninety-seven dollars Dismissing the fact that they want $per screw, which is a complete scam, the way that Dell's representatives communicate to you is extremely misleading

I guess I'll join the long list of people with bad Dell experiences I bought a top of the line XPS laptop and it cannot consistently connect to the internet Sometimes it downloads a website fine, but the vast majority of the time it is either very slow or fails completely It has failed repeatedly when I have another computer sitting right next to it that works just fine
Their customer service is also poor They had me send it back, which was a real hassle (unloading the hard drive, then being without a computer for several days) They replaced the wireless card and sent it back to me, and it didn't work any better than it had before I've spent an enormous amount of time dealing with this and so far still have a computer that doesn't work
Don't buy a Dell!

On 08/24/I purchased a desk top computer from these people I received the computer in which it works just fine except for the CD-ROM / DVD player I've contacted the technical support team on their website and thus far they have not resolved the problem, and therefore leaving me with a computer that costed me $and this thing is turning out to be a lemon Plus the "tech Dept." doesn't seem to want to help me They keep calling me while I'm at work and obviously away from my machine which is at home I absolutely refuse to go out and spend extra money to have this issue fixed when it left their factory inoperative

I have returned this computer different times for repairsThis time when I got it back the mouse and keyboard would not function at allThey logged on and did a remote repair to my machine and then told me that since that didn't work they needed to reinstall the operating system then just left me with itI finally got it to install but now it wants me to press this key and finish the install, etcI've contacted Dell times and first they said we will send you a new mouse and keyboard but it probably won't work eitherI want this machine replaced its been a lemon from the startNow I can't get them to send me a return repair formThey actually told me to press the fkey and do this and that when they know the mouse and keyboard don't work! I have been contacting Dells Tax department for many weeks with all the proper documentation for Tax refunds on Large Orders, yet they choose to ignore our emails

I purchased a computer online on June 14thThe order was erroneously duplicated, and I was charged twiceDell claimed to have resolved the issue, but instead they sent me a second, identical computerSince June 27th, when I realized what happened, I have been trying to return the unordered computer and get a refund of the costI have called and emailed their Customer Service system repeatedlyI have received no response to the email requests except an automated acknowledgmentMy phone calls have been more frustrating, as the agents have claimed that they could not authorize the return for various reasonsI have repeatedly been transferred and have had the call terminated during the transfer or wound up in a voice mail system

On March 16, 2016, I contacted Dell regarding 100% disk usage, crackling in the speakers, and the mouse randomly hanging up Dell informed me that I would need to speak with the software department regarding the disk usage, but they would send a tech out to look at the palm rest and as the speakers
The first tech to work on my system replaced the palm rest and said I would need to contact tech support to get them to send replacement speakers After he had left, I discovered he had incorrectly put the laptop back together I contacted tech support and sent them pictures of the laptop Tech support stated they would send another tech out to replace my speakers and go over the system I was assured it would not be the same tech
For the next week, tech support kept trying to dispatch the original tech to work on my system It was not resolved until had them check the dispatch number against the number that was calling me A new tech was dispatched to work on my laptop
