Initially placed an order around June for an Alienware 13r3, first unit arrived DOA, and Dell refused to exchange only repair or returnI returned that laptop and placed an order for anotherSecond computer refused to power on in March of and a "trained" on site technician visit was conductedTech had never worked on unit before and used a flat head screw driver to pry open the unit against my advice/plea and caused severe damage to the chassis in addition the unit while operable severely overheated during operation

I ordered an Alienware desktop from the Dell website in late June The order was cancelled without any notifications, and after numerous support chats and call attempts, Dell was unable to give me a reason for the cancellation of the orderI sent them an email to keep my order cancelled and to not remake the orderA couple weeks later, the order was remade (again, without any notification to me)The only reason I found out was a dell shipping message saying that my order had been shipped

I dont know what is going wrong in my laptopThere are lot of problems I faced since I received the laptop from the repair depot
The laptop is overheating (more than it used to be) and you can feel it all over the surface

DELL will not stop sending catalogs to my post office boxI have asked them online to unsubscribe to any mailings to this PO Box
I still receive these catalogsIt tends to overfill my PO Box and important mail gets sent back to the sender
