I have purchased A Dell computerI have been trying to get dell's support center to fix my computerI have now sent my computer to their center to be repaired not once but twiceUnfortunately the problem has not been resolvedI did contact them on Friday with this issue and I was suppose to receive a phone call MondayPhone call never cameI have spent over 1,dollars for this laptop, Is there anyway I can get your help on this matterI feel as if Dell support doesn't care, thank you

The vendor keeps cancelling my personal orders by the sales and verification department who are not being asked to provide the consumer with a line of credit, I have spoke with the vendor numerous of times in confirming my online orders and they keep cancelling my ordersA Complaint has been submitted with FDIC, since my transactions keep being reversed by the bank and DELL Computers

We ordered a laptop and realized the next day that we needed Windows and we ordered it with Windows Windows does not work with AutoCad which is why we need Windows I called first thing in the morning the next day and We talked to customer service for about hours being transferred numerous times and they were unable to change or cancel the order The order is still in production and hasn't shipped yet so we don't understand how it can not be at the very least cancelled We will be refusing the shipment We tried to talk to managers and we were actually told that they don't have any managers

This is not a warranty issue, it is a defective product issue-unit should have never passed QC, been sold, or shipped

I purchased a computer from Dell that I received on 5/2/The computer has never workedI have spent countless hours on the phone with Dell well over a weekI have sent the computer back for repair and it still does not workThe computer is brand new months oldToday they called again to try to resolve the issue and again they were unable to fix itThey said I would have to pay for them to repair it because it is not under warrantyI am not sure how a brand new computer is not under warranty but it would seem that Dell is scamming just trying to get more money for their faulty productI could not get anywhere with the technician, he said that even if we paid to have it fixed they still might not be able to resolve the problem

July 6, 2015, I purchased a DELL inspirion laptop, online from a Dell.com After assessing my personal use of a computer, the Dell sales agent recommended the Inspiron After I agreed to purchase it, the agent told me about the "Standard Dell Warenty" that came with my laptop, NEVER ONCE mentioning any return policy deadline
This laptop is inoperable because it has a curser that ramdomly jumps around the screen and sticks

I purchased my Dell computer about 0r months ago I have had several problems with it so I went on the dell website and it noted a problem with the hard drive They sent me a hard drive in a box with a label to return the defective one I know nothing of the internal workings of a computer so I called the number and spoke with a support person who wanted to tell me how to take the computer apart and replace it This is totally terrible customer service I want them to repair or replace the computer I am not some young person who thinks they can work on computers I have purchased several dell computers over the years and am extremely dissatisfied with their products right now
