I ordered a new laptop nearly two weeks ago and every time I contact Dell they tell me it's in the final stagesI need this for Christmas and it hasn't even SHIPPED

I have had problems with a $3,computer since day I have spent hours on the phone with tech supportI requested a refund within my day window and they did not grant itThey said they needed more time to fix the computerI am unhappy with this company and want this returned

I have owned Dells for a long time However, the last one I purchased was defective I sent it in for services and it was returned to me without complete fixes Problems they fixed in September started re-occuring in October There are problems with the drive and the screen I need this computer for my work and my safetyI have contacted Dell via email They use an automated response telling me to call a number to identify the problem I have attempted to reach someone at that number and the person I reached did not seem to understand English well and hung up on meI finally reached a woman I dealt with prior by emailShe was helpful and said she would make arrangements fo have my lemon Dell fixed I have not heard from her or received the mailing lable and approval to mail the Dell in for repair

I do not remember the month and year I bought my Dell laptop The Service Tag is *** Just like any other laptops, Dell installed a Winndows Operating System in it, and this Windows automatically update itself periodically I really never had a problem with its update until recently
The current problem is that it downloaded a .NET Application and other applications into my laptop, installed and executed them They caused bugs in my laptop that randomly jumped the cursor of the mouse and prevent my laptop from shutting down
I emailed Dell Technical Support, but they responded that they will charge me and offered me three different pricing options
The thing is that I really honestly did not thing wrong to my laptop The problem was that the Windows updated itself periodically and caused the bugs So, why does Dell charge me ?

I have been a customer of Dell for years and the quality has been consistently going down, the customer service is non existent and the people in India are rude and can barely speak English If you ask to be transferred to an American speaking person they tell you they can not do that There is no loyalty to their customers especialky in America on any level, they will nickel and dime you to death

I purchased a Dell XPS Multi-Touch Notebook computer last year when the company released their newest XPS computer with the highest configurations: 6th generation Intel core i7, solid state drive and multitouch QHD+ screen
However, the computer is defective and the wifi has never been working properly since the day I have received itI called technical support and was told it was a software problem, which I was never able to solve
I tried to ask for a replacement of this defective computer every time I speak to Tech supportBattery and charging problems and screen issues also occurred other than defective wifi cardI sent it back to Dell for Repair again and again and this computer has been in repair mode and thus not usable at all over the past or months within the warranty period
Every time, I try to ask for a replacement they promise that they are able to fix it next time I send it to repairI have been giving them plenty of time and

I bought a laptop from dell in September of I realized that my touchscreen was not working in December of I contacted them and they asked me to send it to their service location for repairsI was not able to do that because I needed my laptop for school workWhen I was done with school, I contacted them in September of for the same issueI sent it for repair as requested and they sent it back to me damagedI contacted them againI was asked to send it back and I would get it in business daysThey received my laptop on October 16, They emailed me stating that the part needed was not in stockI contacted them on Nov because I still have not received my laptop back and that is when I was told that the part would be back in stock in DecemberThey offered me to replace my brand new laptop that they damaged with a refurbished oneI declined

On December 16th I received a notice that my shipment would be delayed to arrive after Dec My two options were to accept the change, or cancel my orderMy family was leaving town for the holidays, and would not be in town to receive the package
I attempted to call customer service, but because it was a weekend, they were closed until Monday I contacted them with social media and was told they couldn't do anything until MondayI asked if the shipping address could be changed and was told that it was not possible to change the address until the order was confirmedThey said that they would keep me postedIn each of their social media
