On 11/30/I purchased a Samsung Inch LED SMART TV UN40J5200AF HDTV (Quote # *** Item # *** in the amount of $ I also purchased a one year warranty My T.Vcracked and I attempted to have it replaced because it's still under warranty but since I cannot find the original receipt Dell representatives will not recognize that I bought the T.Vfrom them Even though I supplied them with the numbers shown above Hopefully, this issued can be resolved and I can be allowed to replace my TV Also, I was supposed to received a $E-gift card as a result of the items purchased under this quote # but I cannot get Dell representatives to acknowledge this either Please advise

I bought a Dell laptop from Office Depot on January 21st, It is supposed to come with a year warrantyI have issued with the laptops mousepad and contacted dell for warranty serviceThey are telling me that their records show that I bought the laptop on october and that my warranty expired in novemberfirst of all that makes no sense because the warranty is one year After talking to multiple agents one of them asked me to send a picture of my receipt and that they will adjust the warranty date after seeing my proofI emailed it to the rep while on the phone and she said that she will adjust the dateShe then transferred me to in warranty department to help me with my issue and the agent refused because he says my laptop still shows as out of warrantyThis is absolutely ridiculous!

I have been having a problem with my new laptop that I bought in December that is an on going problem and after dealing with customer service with Dell and over hours working with them via phone or over the internet to try and fix this problem with the software and the hardware appaentlay they are not fixing my laptop to be replaced with a new on after I have done everything they have asked for me to due This laptop was bought to use as I go back to college full-time and I work full time and I just need a dependable laptop Dell customer support asked for pictures of invoices I have done that to show when the laptop was bought and where it was bought from I just need this warranty on this laptop honored but it isn't

Alienware laptop spent $in less than a year the audio stopped working properly and the the hard drive needed a complete replacement after spending $on the online remote help service they offered that did nothingThey said I didn't have to pay if it didn't fix it the problemIt wasn't fixed I still paid for itOther products I bought from there also broke very fastCustomer service is the worst I've ever encounteredPlease save yourself high interest rates for bad quality and service don't shop there

I ordered from dell some harddrives at a very good price After two days, they determined it was a price mistake, and advised my order would be canceled, and it took another two days for this to take place All the emails I received said this was at my request - it definitely was not as I wanted the items However, Dell shipped out drives paid for at this price to numerous people, honoring their supposed "price mistake" They have also been attempting to reroute people's packages, despite their own terms of service/sale advising that ownership of an item passes to the purchaser when the item is shipped

I bought a Dell Inspiron from Best Buy 2/ It would not connect to the Internet thru the Ethernet port I talked to my ISP The problem was with the computer "IP configuration." I talked to multiple Dell tech support staff over multiple hours I was instructed to download and update my bios, Ethernet driver, and chipset I did that over the weekend because I had to go buy a flashdrive to transfer the files from the Dell website (using my old Vista based computer) to the new Windows Dell laptop The updates didn't do any good because the files on the new Dell were the same as the files I downloaded from the support website Dell tech support called me 2/to see if the updates worked I said no Dell tech support said the problem was the Ethernet port/motherboard They recommend sending me a new/replacement Dell laptop It was to take 7-business days It took business days It arrived 6:30pm on 3/ It did not connect to the Internet thru the Ethernet port either I called Dell tech support They went thru the same stuff as before Finally they said I needed to Reset the computer With their instructions, I started the Reset command It took hours and hours to Reset the computer At midnight, I checked and the reset had finished I tried the Ethernet connection It still didn't connect I called Dell tech support Nothing they said worked They recommended that they either send me another replacement or send a tech to my home I had had enough I just wanted my money back It was 1:30am and the Dell tech told me I could call customer service in the morning I called Dell customer service in the morning I talked to or people They said because I bought the computer from Best Buy they could not give me a refund, replacement, or upgradeI called Best Buy They said they could not give me a refund because the time period (days) to get a refund had passed I called Dell customer service again but no one would or could do anything about taking a nonworking product off my hands I called Dell tech support again They were willing to send a tech to my house to attempt a repair I am waiting for his call This means I may be stuck with a product I no longer want assuming the tech can correct the problem This experience leads me to condemn Dell products and support even if I have to use one that may get fixed by a tech who may or may not be able correct the problem

I ordered laptops on the phone through Dells business Sales Rep *** *** on April 29th (order number ***) When the computers arrived they where not what I ordered I contacted *** the next day, May 12th He agreed he made a mistake and that he would work to get a return order issued and new computers However, he called back a few days later and said that Dell Financial would not extend our credit limit that fast and recommended I just put the new computers on a credit card and he we cancel the order for the first laptops That's what we did I ordered additional laptops
A return order confirmation email was sent to me but I never received the RMA shipping label email I told this to *** but never heard back Months have gone by We have tried working with ***, customer care, and many other departments They all just bounce us around and send us back and forth to other departments and will not take care of it It has been months I still have

Bottom lineThis company can not, absolutely CAN NOT be trusted to sell you what you orderThe hardware in the machine is the cheapest crap money can buyThe Watt power supply is not adequate to handle the graphics board DO NOT BUY FROM DELL

On 6/23/16, I purchased a NEW XPS computer through Dell online outlet (Service Tag ***)I verified with sales repthis was a NEW computerI also purchased extended warranties I paid $ Computer was delivered approximately weeks later Upon setting it up, I discovered it would not work at all I telephoned Dell Dell arranged for a service technician to come to my house One came on 7/14/ He fixed the video card The computer booted up After he left, when I shut down the computer, it would not start again I called Dell again The service technician came again the following week, when he replaced parts Dell had sent him While technician was here, he was not able to get the computer started & he called & talked to Dell During that call, Dell arranged service for it to be shipped to Dell for repair I was NEVER offered the option of a refundWhile Dell had it for repair, it was after days after I purchased it After I received it back

Bought brand new Alienware Rlaptop directly from DellHave spent hours on the phone with Technical Support troubleshooting various problems and underwent in-home and maservice attempts, but the laptop would still not work properlyAlienware Customer Service agreed to send a refurbished replacement, which I received via FedEx yesterdayOut of the box, the "refurbished" replacement unit was badly scratched and would not power on at allI have contacted Technical Support and Customer Service about this issue, but I have not received any kind of response

I ordered a desktop thru a phone call to Dell online on July in the afternoon for a desktop (cost 482.90)I received a couple of emails, with inconsisten information, the most recent saying that order could not be fulfilled within days, because they were out of stockIf that didn't get stock by July 30, order would be cancelledI did not like that deal, so I ordered a desktop from another company (***)I could not cancel the Dell order online because they had not given me an order no I could not do it by phone as they were closed for the weekendMeanwhile I noticed they had charged my credit cardI called on Monday July and was told that I could not cancel, the cancellation period was over!!!

I called dell on friday march 3rd at 4:41pm, I spoke to a indian gentlemen regarding a purchase I made at best buy on feb 23rdI advised him I spent dollars on a gaming computer and I got a basic keyboard and mouseAfter talking for awhile he stated that since I was a new customer that he I would be able to choose a keyboard that I wantedHe advised me since the keyboard I wanted was over the amount that he can approve that he said he has to ask one of his managers for approvalHe came back and stated that his manager approved it and I gave him all of my personal information and he stated that I will get a confirmation number within 3-minutesWell I never got it and I called today and everyone was very rude and I was hung up on over times and kept getting transferredI advised im sure all calls are recorded and that they should listen to the recording and the one supervisor said I was wasting his time and he hung up on me

I bought a laptop from Dell this June I also purchased next day support I had a processor fan stop working I contacted Dell and they confirmed the issue They Initially told me they could not provide next day support as contractually obligated to, but told me I they would dispatch a technician Monday On their web site, it says a person will be dispatched by friday 3pm, but it is now monday and I have not heard from anyone I contacted the company and was told that the part was on back order and they do not know when it will be fixed I emailed him right back and got an out of office message I paid for next day service and am now being told they don't know when they will fix my machine I am a small business reliant on my computer with a tax deadline monday It is why I pay for next day support I also have been threatedned several times by different people that, if I complain too much or file a complaint, they will cancel my service

On 11/27/ordered LG 65" TV Order #:*** online via dell.com
Subsequently, realized I should have ordered 55" insteadCalled customer care and was told to proceed ordering 55" while he cancels the 55"In full faith, ordered with order #: ***
Now, for days both TVs are showing up as Confirmed and today 65" was shipped
COMPLAINT: PURPOSEFUL DECEPTION BY ALL CONCERNED AGENTS: Upon calling they ALWAYS promise immediate action but NO emails confirming the same is madeEven today L-confirmed sending return authorization for 65" within hr but was NOT sentAt this point : I have no option!!
