I would like to report exceptional difficulties that I have been having with the Dell customer support teamI have spent many hours on the phone, being transferred from person-to-person, and have gotten nowhere
I have a Dell XPSLaptop which is still under warrantyDuring use, the laptop is coming apart at the seamsThere are no signs of physical damage
Every time I open/close the laptop, the backplate pulls away from the computer, exposing the components
Under the warranty terms, it states that defects in craftsmanship are coveredEvery Dell individual I have spoken to, including multiple supervisors and the escalations team, tell me that such a "misalignment" can only come from physical abuse to the laptop, and is not covered under warrantyThey refuse to believe that use can result in the laptop coming apart at the seams
I keep trying to explain that this is the reason why "defects in craftsmanship" are covered under warranty, but eve

On 8/30/I ordered a inch LG Smart TV from Dell.com as a Christmas gift for my daughterThe cost was $It arrived on 9/03/I gave it to her on 12/10/ When she opened it the screen was completely shatteredI contacted Dell Customer Service the very next day and have been in contact with them several times sinceThere response is sorry about your luck but your daughter should have opened her Christmas gifts in SeptemberThey refuse to replace the damaged TVI have also contacted Dell Preferred Credit to dispute the charge on my Dell Credit card but have received the same responseOh and by the way "Don't forget to make your payments on time."

On Aug 4th I made an order with Dell order number *** for a TVTV came damaged and made request for replacement on 15th AugAfter that day my nightmare started de***ng with DellUpon several request from Aug 15th, via email and over phone, dell never made attempt to pickup broken TVI have been waiting for over two months, spoke to supervisor, given $gift card and yet that broken TV and its been another two weeks and no information about when they will come and pick thisIf it had been any other warehouse, they should have been charged at least $for demurrage each day

I bought a laptop from Dell about a year +months agoI experienced several major issues with the laptop that required me to send it in for serviceI also spent dozens of hours on the phone trying to fix issuesThe last time I sent in my laptop for an issue where the screen wasn't workingI received the laptop back in early January In late February 2017, less than months later the laptop broke again, with the same sort of screen issueI called customer service and asked them to fix itThey informed me that my warranty was expired in mid-January so it would cost me money out of pocketThey further elaborated that they have no warranty on their repair work?I find this to be a poor business practice, and overall just wrong that they can do thatIf Dell doesn't do something to make it right I will never buy another Dell product

On 11/25/I purchased a laptop and Bluetooth portable speaker I received all purchase information and confirmation emails regarding what I had just purchased I then received a PDF document with detailed information of what I had purchased, what was included, and the total priceThe document shows the two payment methods used, credit card and one Dell e-gift card given to me by Dell Rewards
We were given a shipment arrival date 11/30/16-12/02/ On 11/I contacted Dell because I had yet to receive any shipping information When I called they said the item was on hold for some reason and I had to send an email to the Global & Trade Compliance Operations and they would lift the hold on the order The service repsCould not tell us why the order had a hold on it
I sent the email as they stated and on 12/2/16y credit card was charged the full amount less the gift card we used After two days of not receiving any email shipping confirmation, I contacted Dell agai

Recently purchased Dell laptop, under warrant, would not recognize the original Dell charger I reached out to the company, Dell tech conducted screen share to confirm errorDell Rep confirmed device under warranty for the issue and sent a replacement charger Same error occurredDell Rep confirmed device under warranty and instructed me to return the device via FedEx in an shipped paid box by Dell Dell is now saying the screen has damage and there is liquid damage There was no screen damage or liquid damage to the deviceI was using the device up until FedEx arrived for pick up I had never exposed the laptop the elements of liquid The company is saying they have already started the repairs and I owe $+ tax No mention of the issue I sent the device in for regarding the laptop not recognizing the charger

This is to complain against Dell’s insensitive and poor handling of my laptop which has been sent to an incorrect address (Dell’s mistake)

Hello Sir/Madam, I bought a Dell laptop in Nov which is having service tag No *** and it has warranty until Dec At the end of year Nov my laptop had issues with performance, touch pad, camera and wireless connectivityAs per Dell request I sent my laptop to depot, but no repair was performed and they send back my laptop without doing any repair
After that I called dell and asked about the same, they sent technician to my home to fix itThe technician changed some some stuff in laptop and again same problems, with added LED screen blinking problem
