I purchased my laptop on Nov
After I get laptop I found more cool laptop
So I request for return & refund
Dell suggest partial refund for keep laptopThis is on Dec

I purchased a laptop with a full warranty on May 13, I initially had an issue with the display and they sent a technician to my house and repaired it The second issue was with the computer booting in a loop I spent about hours on the phone I had to unscrew the battery and the laptop and eventually I repaired the computer with the help of the technician Now my computer wont turn on I called and they connected me to tech support and after several hours on the phone dell is sending me a box They suggested that I called customer care and after an hour and a half of being transferred back and forth from technical support, customer care and sales I eventually was disconnected because the office was closed I am looking to get a replacement laptop I use this laptop to connect to the web I am not sue why I am having these issues and why dell isint willing to replace my laptop given all these issues

I placed an order for a TV on 10/30/ The offer on the Dell website stated that it included a $promotion eGift card that would be emailed to me within 10-business days I was also supposed to receive an additional $in rewards on my purchase As I do with all online orders, I snapped a couple of pics of the offer as I was placing the order, just for issues that may arise After waiting more than business days, I emailed customer service and requested that my eGift card be issued ASAP I have since been emailing back and forth with a CS representative from Dell who stated to me more than once that she has requested an eGift card be emailed to me I did receive a $eGift card while fighting with Dell customer service, but am not sure if it was a mistake or to make up for my $in Dell rewards that I was also supposed to receive I keep getting told by the CS representative to wait a few more days and then I'll get another email explaining that it is a very busy

Dell sold me a defective laptopI notified them within days of delivery and they refuse to send a replacement laptopCustomer service is horrible and they continually hang up the phone and will not resolve the problem

I purchased a Dell CN printer about years ago I also purchased a premium warranty with next day in house support The fax machine is leaving a line down the middle of the page I talked to a technical support person who asked me to do some trouble shooting steps They were unproductive and made the situation worse I requested a technician sent to my house as per the warranty agreement I purchased and he refused He offered to replace the printer instead, because he claims I refused trouble shooting He asked for a good call back number and then just hung up on me I have no idea what is being done to resolve this issue

I purchased a new inspiron service tag ***I had to send it back times for multiple repairs all timesreceived it back same product every time "fixed" only to have the same issues and have to send it in againthis last time 3/they had returned my product fixed again, but with none of the pre installed factory programs that I had originally purchased the laptop fori contacted them, and they told me I would have to pay for tech support to even help me outunacceptable since I purchased it with the pre installed programs and had multiple computer failures that had to be addressed by DELL!

We purchased a laptop and a PREMIUM warranty service from Dell in July On December 5th, the laptop stopped working Since that time, we have had two at-home repairs, sent the computer in for repairs once, set up numerous over-the-phone repair sessions during which they either failed to call us, or called AFTER the agreed upon time, so that we were unable to take the callOnce they did not even call until 10:at night! Twice we have attempted to fix the issue over the phone, and they are STILL unable to resolve the issue WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO USE THIS COMPUTER FULLY SINCE DECEMBER 5TH, AND THE ISSUE IS STILL UNRESOLVED! The best that they are willing to offer is to send a REFURBUSHED laptop as a replacement, despite the fact that this laptop is LESS THAN SIX MONTHS OLD! And they will only send things standard shipping, which means that w will STILL not have a working laptop for probably another weeks

My wife and I recently purchased a new computer on dell.com, the exact date was around march 15thDuring that time dell was offering a special promotion which was 0% financing for 12months with the purchase of any new Alienware computerThis dell was only available with the dell credit card so my wife applied and we were approved
So my wife and I selected a computer that met the criteria and went ahead with our purchaseUpon receiving our first billing statement we noticed we did not receive our special financingI figured sometimes this happens so we call their customer service to get it straightened out
The first call to customer service was acceptableThey took down our information and told us they needed to talk to their financing department and would get back to usAfter days there was no return call so my wife decided to call back for an update ( This was May 8th) and this is where the story picks up

I purchased a computer from dell as a Christmas gift for my husband After using it for the first time found that it crashes if you email and browse at the same timeI called dell, and they stated that is because this computer was built with a very small hard drive, and doesn't have any room in hard drive left over , because it is so small that once it loads windows the entire memory is nearly used up and there is not any memory left
