I contacted Dell about a defective laptop I bought for my daughterThey sent me a *** label and told me to ship it using the label and I would get my laptop back repaired It cost me to pack the laptop and I sent it using the label provided by DellThis was months agoThey told my it was sent to the wrong address and they would take care of it and gave me a new tracking numberI still have not received itAccording to *** they have tried to pick it up three times but it has not been available for pick upNow one at Dell can help and they continue to send me to other people until we eventually get disconnected This has been going on for months

Called Dell to request a restore disk for a specific computer Dell convinced me that instead of paying the $for just the disks that if I paid $, They would work with me over the phone to get the computer up and fully restored with all functions including helping with software and driver reloads etc I purchased the full $service package which included the restore discs we agreed to talk on Wed, March 16th I requested a 7:PM EST call and was told that they could do 6: I agreed I left work on 3/to ensure I was home by and Dell did not call until 7: Dell did help me start the restore process and told me that someone would call the next night at to walk me through the next steps Again the call came at 7: I was no longer at home and we rescheduled for Fri March between 3-4PM EST At 410, I called Dell and told them that I had to leave by 4:and wanted to reschedule the call to the next day @ (SAT) They agreed Dell called and left a me

Computer was sent into a Dell Depot for warranty repairThe Computer was returned with cosmetic damage as well as missing mouseContacted the case representative who stated Dell Depot received the computer damaged and was already missing mouseProvided pictures that show the Computer in perfect condition without any damage(Computer was less then month old at time of sending)Pictures also showed that the mouse and keyboard were packaged together, received the keyboard so obviously they got the mouseHave not received any help from Dell and will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney General

I placed my order for a laptop on 9/5/ Dell had a promotion for 10% back in loyalty rewards on all purchases made through a Dell Preferred AccountI received my first Promotional eGift card on 9/23/with expiration date 12/22/and a second one on 10/29/with an expiration of 1/27/I tried to redeem the second eGift card on 1/25/however, it appeared to be invalidI contacted Dell and was told a case specialist will get back to meWhen they did, they told me that both cards were manually generated and duplicated, therefore both cards were cancelled and the case is closed and nothing could be doneI tried calling again on 2/13/in hopes of getting an associate that could help me better, but worst happenedShe told me that nothing could be done and it happened to 40,other customersI am extremely dissatisfied with the outcomeI was unable to redeem either gift cards because Dell sent out duplicates, therefore they must void all gift cards
