First off I am extremely disappointed with Dell and there lack of respect for there customersWithin months my new laptop the motherboard was badI sent it in under warranty and instead of replacing the motherboard they wiped the hard drive and sent it back to me and when I turned on the laptop the same problem was thereThey did not fix the problem so I called customer service and they told me they would repair my laptop and have it returned in weeks time which was a lieSo I called in again and the customer service rep had a replacement laptop approved and proceeded to transfer me to the department for the exchange but instead I was bounced around to different reps and over hours on the phone to find out an arrogant rep told me there was no replacement and hung up on meI received my laptop back today and within minutes of using the laptop the same issue is happening again! This is unacceptable its been over a month without this machineI have been a customer for over years and have purchased over machines for my businessesThis is why we switched most of our machines to Apple because this would never have happened and they actually have customer service here in the United States and they actually care about there customers

I sent the computer in for repair and Dell fixed the keyboard problem and replaced the speakers The original problem of not being able to wake the computer still exists and they installed Windows instead of Windows I explained this to the service people and they said that Windows was the original software and I would have to install Window myself (I had g

I purchased a new gaming laptop from Dell.com, shipped from Lebanon, TN, on July 9, When the unit arrived it had obvious problems with "glitching." I reported the problem to Dell.com customer support, and after running several tests was informed I would need to send it to their factory to have a hard drive replacedI requested a replacement unit instead as the product was malfunctioning directly out of the boxThey complied with the request, and on July 26, they finally shipped the replacement unitAgain, the replacement unit was having problems directly out of the boxI informed them of this, and they told me that I would need to send the second unit to their facility to be fixedAt that time, I requested a refund because it was clear the product was faulty not just the units I receivedAt first, they tried to give me another replacement unit, and said it was outside the window of returnsWhen I told them that the reason the window for returns closed was due to their

On September 22nd, I purchased a Dell Desktop, along with printer, dual monitors and “Extended Premium Support with Onsite Service After Remote Diagnosis” for a total amount of $2,I received deliveries within approximately one week of making that purchase
Upon receipt, I contacted Dell for assistance in connecting and configuring the systemAlthough I spent well over sixteen hours on the phone, spanning three days, to connect and resolve what should have been simple tasks, however this poor experience is not my purpose hereMy current complaint is about three manufacturers defects that were discovered during the process of connecting and configuring the system:
1) The CD tray does not close without multiple efforts and is defectiveWhen it is closed, it sometimes opens spontaneously
2) Each monitor came with three cords to connect to the CPUWe only needed one of the three for each monitor, and since the tech didn’t know which one was correct, we tried all
I have two homes and two computers, New York and Florida In July of this year I purchased an Inspiron computer for my New York home (Order #***.) The salesperson either lied or was ignorant of the facts This first computer didn't work properly and I returned it and received a replacement ion August, which is fine

I bought an Alienware 13rlaptop, this is a high end gaming laptop Since purchase I have had an issue where when it is running on battery it cannot play a game because the screen dims to 0% and you cannot adjust this They have done troubleshooting for months, sent someone out to replace the battery Nothing has worked They escalated this to their tier support and after weeks they finally called me back and said that this computer is designed to do this, the battery cannot power it, since it was a design flaw, there is nothing to fix, and I'm stuck with it because they will not allow me to return or exchange it This is a gaming laptop, it should be able to play games in laptop mode
Barely, it has been two months since I placed an order for a very expensive laptop (~$2500) with year complete care (full warranty with accidental damage support)There was no fault at my end, but the laptop started malfunctioning and became unusable since March 2nd, So, I requested for a new laptop, as the refurbished laptops of exactly the same type have depreciated considerably in the market (down to ~$1900), or atleast to move the warranty date from Dec 18th to the date I receive the refurbished partThat would be not be complete justice but atleast would ensure a full year support on the refurbished partThe customer support supervisor, Mr***, was not rude to me (a year loyal DELL Customer), but also threatened to get his corporate legal team to talk me into accepting their terms, knowing that I'm a university student, and don't have ready access to legal servicesHence, I request you to get their higher management involved, and help resolve this issue
