Attached is a conversation I had about why my package was delayed and never was shipped out in the first place. All I wanted was my sheets, your company is still advertising these for sale. Yes, I did get a refund after countless times contacting your company. I was never told why I never got my packages. If I where to order these again, how do I know this will not happen again? It was documented in this conversation, that I could keep my packages as a gift. I am very upset with this company and will be warning others about my experience. I was never informed, contacted, nothing, about my packages. I was the one who had to keep calling to get my full refund, which also took a few different calls to get it in full. PATHETIC SERVICE!!

when I try to log into the hacked account on my home computer it will not let me log in
yes they hacked me for over 1000.oo of my hard earned moneys and I am positive the reason I CANNOT LOG IN is because they know they KNOW. I will go to court if necessary for other compainents. it is ridiculous
I bought 3 items with no problems it was when I made a purchase they said they could not fulfill and supposedly credited my account the hacking started then,

It seems that since company was taken over by CHOXI, it hasnt had any good reviews..I was worried there would be a fee so decided to check BB..glad I did before I wasted time & money. They wont be getting my business
Worst place I have ever done business with now invoice says "nomorerack but people I'm getting emails are from "Choxi.com". Received 3 pr of gauze pants, 1 wrong color, all hideous material, just all around terrible pants for $29. each. Emailed for a return authorization and didn't received one in a week. I sent the pants back to the return address that they came from. Make a long story short they played hot potatoe with the package for about a week after it was delivered. They told the post office a week after it was delivered that address was vacant and they had no way to access it. How in the [redacted] did you send it back then if you had no access to it? As long as I didn't call about the package they were going to keep it but the minute I called it was a vacant address and the business had moved. Thinking about using them as a prop for a huge garage sale with the story. Probably could reach about 500 people and save them the trouble of doing business with this company. Problem being cost me $87 to do that.

After receiving many email offers from Choxi advertising themselves as the new NoMore Rack, I recently gave them a try. I ordered the Buy 1 get 1 Bendable/Foldable Ballet Flats with case. What I received instead was one pair of bendable flip flops which came with a case. It wouldn't have been so bad if they at least honored their "buy 1 get 1" offer. I sent the item back and was issued a store credit in return. Apparently the bendable ballet flats are no longer available - very disappointing. I did order two other items from them and received those particular items as promised - quality was okay. That said, Choxi's inventory and service is not the same as NoMore Rack.

I WAS TOLD THAT THE RMA WAS SENT TO ME ON JAN. *. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. IF I HAD, I WOULD NOT HAVE SPENT THE NEXT 2 TO 3 WEEKS REQUESTING IT FROM THEM. THEY HAVE OFFERED TO SEND IT AGAIN, HOWEVER IT IS TO LITTLE TO LATE! I NO LONGER HAVE THE ITEM, AS I COULD NO LONGER SPEND ANY MORE TIME ON THIS MATTER. I STAND BY MY FIRST COMPLAINT THAT THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE COMPLAINTS FROM THE Revdex.com TO MAKE THEM DO WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOING ALL ALONG, WHICH IS TO CONDUCT BUSINESS AS THEY PROMISE IN THEIR COUNTLESS EMAILS.
