I have contacted Choxi 5 times to have my name removed from their mailing list, yet I continue to receive emails from them. Three times, I went through the "unsubscribe" tab on the email, and just sent my second email to customer service today. After the first email, I was assured that my name would be removed permanently and yet I have still received several emails. I know nothing about the quality of products from this company, but I would never order from them nor will I recommend them to anyone because they are unable to follow simple requests like removing me from their email listing.

I will never purchase anything from this company again and encourage others to beware. I purchased a travel coffee mug that you could plug into your computer or car cigarette lighter. When plugged into the computer it didn't heat up. When I plugged it into the car it got so hot I burned my tongue. I returned the mug and was told they would credit me. A credit never showed up on my credit card. I e-mailed and they said the credit was a store credit and I could purchase something else. When I tried to order something else for the exact same price it refused my store credit because I needed "to spend $40 in order to use the credit." No way. I'll forfeit the $14 before I buy anything from them again.

this company never deliveries my orders. Have an order placed one month ago today still not received. I have contacted them repeatedly and they just say to wait. I am asking for a refund and hope they can deliver that. They have had the benefit of my money this whole time and I of course have nothing to show for it but disgust.

I ordered a Ihip NFL speaker order #[redacted] I just received it in the mail but it seems like something is missing in the package it is not what I thought it was going to be like there was discrepancy in the product detail and to top it off it wasn't the correct tem I ordered Arizona Cardinals and they send be The Cubs team they do not send you what you order. A week later I ordered a Samsung BluRay Wifi DVD player order #[redacted] and they send me 4 hours later an email confirming it had already shipped? And seconds later I received another email saying my order was successfully delivered??? I have ameras in my building no package and even if I "was" delivered there is no way anyone will send you a order a few hours after you just order. I was given a fake tracking # [redacted] which I cannot track nor by email or [redacted]. They are very phony an I want my money back or item a I ordered for Xmas.

I placed an order on 8/*/16. Today is 8/**/16 and I just got off the phone with Choxi. I was told, "my order is being processed." That's all that she could say. No further information was given. Last week, I had placed a call and asked for a supervisor. I spoke with a Gideon and he could not help me at all. He could not give me any details about the status of my order. Just simply stating that it takes 2-3 weeks to process an order. Today is 3 weeks (which is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an oder!) So, as of today, I still don't even have a confirmation that it was mailed out. I will NEVER order from Choxi again. I hope there is nothing wrong with my order if I ever do get it. I wish I would have read these reviews before I placed my order. I never would have ordered from this company! :(

I made the mistake of not looking at reviews beforehand. I ordered a ring from nomorerack.com on 1-**-2015. The money was taken from my bank account on 1-**-2015. I waited until the 14 business days were up and then I sent them an email on 2-*-2015 stating that if I could not get the ring then I want a direct refund, no store credit. I got an automatic response a few hours later saying my complaint was being reviewed. Then, on 2-**-2015, I got an email saying their partner was unable to reship the order. I have no idea what that means. It also said that they went ahead and gave me the full refund and that I should see it back in my bank in 5-7 business days, BUT I actually got it that same day.
I will never order from this site again, as it was all just a waste of time and caused unnecessary bother to me and mine. I've seen other reviews that are a lot worse than my experience. I'm lucky to have even gotten my money back.

The company refuses to ship to a PO Box even with a physical address added for verification. A good many rural communities only have PO Boxes. There response is"take it up with [redacted]".If ordering by credit card and you have a billing address which is a PO Box it must be good enough for everyone else. What is there problem?
