I have open orders with themWhen they contacted me, it was about the oldest of the ordersI asked them to cancel the order and refund my money which they have done At that time they informed me that all of the items should be shipping soonNothing has shipped and this has been weeks since I was told they would be shipping 'in a few days'I emailed them and asked to have the remaining orders canceled and my money refunded, but this has not been done

I would go with another online company if your wanting you products in a timely mannerI ordered a small digital thumbprint safe which was supposed to be delivered between 2-weeks or 10-business daysweeks or days later and I'm still waiting for my productCustomer service said please have some more patience and give us another daysI'll be ordering elsewhere for now on

I have ordered many things over the years and have always given them the benefit of the doubt but not anymore! I am done!! I ordered two items and was shipped four I told the *** that I was refusing the other two so they were sent back Choxi says they never received one of them and I would still be charged even though it was their error They said I could open it, put in the RMA, ship it back and they would reimburse me the shipping! Why should I go to all that hassle when it was your error? Never again! I have contacted my credit card company and they took off any charges I did not authorize What a joke of a company!!

They said that because they turned my last "refund" for unshipped merchandise into a credit it could not be monetarily refunded - that I would have to use the store credit Out of $they refunded $to my account and left the rest in credit I told them that it wasn't acceptable as I would not be using their services, but they said that was all they could do and hung up

I ordered items from Choxi.com weeks ago and still have not received it I checked my account it says still processing I called their number during their regular business hours EST and I got a voicemail saying that their office was closed and to call back during regular business hours??? WTH??? So I left a voicemail, emailed them twice and until now two days later still no response from their Customer Care

The customer service representative proceeded to email me requests that I provide them a
digital photograph of the merchandise showing what I received was not the google tablet that
they had advertised on their site for a price of $I have copies of all the emails I received from
the customer service representative along with the request for the digital photographsI have assembled
this into a fileI would gladly forward a copy of these correspondences to the Revdex.com as
they will have deffinative proof that I am telling the truth and have exhausted my administrative options before
persuing insuing civil littigation on the grounds of Felony fraud and felony advertising
The product that I have received was a Kocaso model m9200 Jelly Beans android 4.2 talet built in China. I will foward

busines bureau that I am telling the truthWe have enough evidence to file a civil law suit against Nomorerack.com for felony fraud and advertising. I will personally forward a copy of the file to the New York District Attorneys office for him to file criminal charges against nomorerack.com as I am sure this behavior on their part in not out of character for this online merchant. HORRIBLE company! Will NEVER purchase from them and will do everything in power to spread the negative word about the company Ordered item on 1/**--policy is delivery within 10-biz days...well day and NO GOODS delivered Said *** shipped it 2/** but cannot locate or track the item Said would take more days to look into Customer service rep could not have been more useless In today's digital age and web based company all of this tracking is at their finger tips but could not locate, track or give me a date of delivery UNBELIEVABLE They should be shut down by the Revdex.com!!!!!

Beware of CHOXI.com I ordered a PAW Orthopedic Super Foam Large Pallet Bed -(my cost 29.00) and Evelots Adjustable Electromagnetic Ceiling Fan Duster ( my cost 15.00) my other item a dog tie did arrive about weeks after orderingnever received the other items After my asking was informed could not deliver Ok request a refundWell, whoever does their math does it completely different to mineMy total order was minus the for the dog tie and shipping for it left that I paidBUT chioxi states they are refunding only I have not received an answer yet why they are not refunding the that I did pay ? no wonder they can stay in businessyou pay the amount asked and they pay what they want when not deliveredSo, they are getting rewarded for not delivering on their promisesI think I need to go into business if that is how it worksThey claim with my discounts that is all I get backTHEN WHY DID I PAY 34.00?
