It is going on weeks since I ordered from this site and have not received my products or even a tracking numberI have emailed them they said it takes 2-weeks to ship and that they will send me a tracking number when availableSince this email I have not been emailed backI have called also during there business hours and the recording says they are closed and to call back during business hoursI have emailed them yet again saying I will report them and still no email backSo it has come to thisI am very unhappy at this situation I have never been in any issue with orders online like thisIt's unbelievablePlease help me get my items that I have payed for! I have received products from China faster than this

BUYERS BEWARE!!! *** is the shadiest, most fraudulent company I have ever done business with in my entire life My husband and I have had so many problems with them, I really don't even know where to begin, but I definitely want to warn other people away! First off, I ordered an iPhone for my parents (they don't do online shopping, period.) along with a phone cover I realized I had ordered the wrong phone right after I placed the order, so I cancelled it and then ordered the correct phone I had to speak to customer service to make sure I received the correct phone and that the other phone order was cancelled I made it clear that I still wanted the phone cover from the first order, and the representative assured me that I would receive the correct phone and the phone cover The correct phone arrived, but the cover never did However, a few weeks later, my mother receives a charge for almost $on her credit card, which means they charged her for both phones and the cover, when only one phone was ever received It took me DAYS to clear this up, and in the process they accused me of fraudulent activity They deactivated my account, and said that in order for my account to be reactivated or looked over, I would have to send them a copy of my ID and credit card, and that I had to have a valid address that matched my billing address WHO DOES THAT?! That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard Why would I ever want to give up my private information, including a SCANNED COPY OF MY ID, to some online store? Who do they think they are, and what in the world are they thinking?! This is only half the story, though
My husband wanted to order an iPhone as well, so he ordered one at the same time I ordered the phone for my parents Well, he ended up ordering the same phone (yes, THREE) times, and it was never received However, the credit card was sure charged! They took it upon themselves to cancel the order every single time, but did not bother to let my husband know that it had been cancelled He had to find that out for himself Then, when we were disputing the charge to the credit card, they again deactivated his account, and then again requested that he send a copy of his ID, his credit card, and to make sure that the billing and residential addresses were available and matched Needless to say, we never ended up receiving a phone from them The credit card had to dispute it themselves, so we did get the money back eventually My mother had to do the same- let the credit card company take it up with them When we did this, they asked that we cancel the dispute and said they had paid the money back
I don't know why this company is so difficult to deal with, or why their business practices are so bizarre, but the only thing I can say is that they have every appearance of having fraudulent practices and you should be very careful if you want to buy something from them I will never deal with them again, and I will try to warn as many people as I can to protect your money and your information and save yourself a lot of time and trouble! There is absolutely no excuse for the way they handled these orders They tried to use the excuse of "protecting their customers from fraud" and "protecting the security of their customers", but in reality they are dishonest, shady, and will take your money without giving you anything in return You will have to go through a lot of trouble to get that money back For people who don't have money like that to throw around (which is the majority of us, I think), that is absolutely inexcusable

This has been bizarreI never received the money back on my laptop, even though I mailed it back to them. (They did send a shipping labelI sent it back in the original packaging. I never heard whether or not they received it, nor did I get the $credit (less shipping costs) that they promised me
As a middle school teacher, my "extra" time is slim at best; it's hard to keep going after them!
On my salary, I cannot afford a $299.oo hit. Now I have no laptop, still owe $299.oo. Is this your definition of a reputable company?

I placed an order with Choxi, which I did not receive They did not remove the charge from my credit card though I finally contacted them and requested a refund They eventually sent me an echeck, which I do not know how to use I have requested multiple times that they refund my credit card, which they should have done anyway when they did not ship my order They refuse to credit the card back, or to send me a real refund check They end every email with, "our main goal is customer satisfaction" which is very annoying since they do not care at all about customer satisfaction!

None of my order was been delivered and I placed the order on 08/**/I requested a full refund placed back on my credit cardHowever, only $of the $was refunded on my card, with approximatrly $choxi credit showing on my account This is the 2nd order I placed that was not delivered I do not want a store credit because the last two times I have tried to use it, my order was not delivered

Nomorerack has a day return policy and my contact with them was within that time frame, as seen on their response There was nothing in the package that told me the return policy in regard to washing the clothing or the time frame for returns I didn't find that out until I received something else I ordered from them (that had paperwork that stated the return policy) Yes, I was given a $credit to my account, which is of little satisfaction, since I paid $for their substandard product It was a slap in the face I have washed the leggings at least another times since my complaint to the Revdex.com and they still have the odor!

I have got to say that choxi has gone downhill tremendously from NoMoreRackI have had problems with my last four orders about receiving items extremely late or not at allTheir referral program is a farce it doesn't work at allI have referred people through their link and have never received a credit and neither have the people I've referredRight now I'm fighting with them again about a dress that I ordered months ago and and it still has not been shippedThey need to step up their game if they're going to be anything comparable to NoMoreRackWhen you file a complaint with customer service they don't even respond to you and if they do it doesn't resolve your problemI am done with this company and I will not tell anybody else to order off of it and they need to get their act togetherI'm now going to contact the Revdex.com as well as the corporate office and file another complaint to get my refundI don't want to store creditI want my money back because I don't intend to buy anything else thereSo buyer beware before you order off of this site!!!!

On April ***,I placed an orderIt was to be delivered within working days max; after bout three weeks no sign of my order so I contacted Choxi by e-mail as to the status of the order and I was told that the vendor ran out of stock therefore I was told I will get a 20% extra for credit on my next purchase
Next time contacted them they were under new management [placed a second order using the credit that was issued and that order wasn't delivered either this timeI wrote another -mail and told them to refund my money since this was another failure on their part I got a reply that my credit card will credited in five working day but nothing happened I had a chance to send one more e-mail and then I was blocked.(my last order #***)

I ordered frequently and was always satisfied when this company was nomorerack.com but since choxi took over it has been horrid My items take forever to arrive if they even do Customer service gives scripted answers that are of no help (A friend and I were on customer service at the same time for unshipped items and were getting literally word for word the same responses) I have had items that were never shipped out and when I called I was told the items were no longer available and all they could do was offer a refund but yet they were still offering those SAME items on their page The last straw was when I was on with customer service for well over an hour over the 4th item they could not ship out and could only refund I made it very, very clear that I was not interested in a refund what I wanted was my item shipped as advertised at the price I paid I was told if she could get the item for me she absolutely would buy it just was no longer available and there was absolutely nothing she could do All she could do was offer a refund and a credit I refused the credit, what is the use of a credit if you can't get the item??? The NEXT DAY I checked the website for that item and it was still listed on the site to order
This company apparently is the epitome of advertising and fake customer service Never doing business with them again and warning everyone I know!

I placed an order for items with Choxi on August *** I never really received the tracking info they were supposed to provide and finally after calling in on Sept *** receiver two of the three items They lured me in this time with a $off $coupon The customer help link was basically useless and I never did get the Faith Hill Perfume I ordered back in august As other people said their site seems dead and luckily I'm only out the $for one productThe were up till this order and were n=much better when they were No More Rack.COM I notified my Credit Card Company and they put their Fraud Deptin charge of trying to track down the owners of Choxi The one time I did get in touch with their customer service department was back in Sept and they were definitely not professional or polite Since then and before I called my credit card company they never answered their phones or E-mails which I sent them

Placed an order on August ***, my credit card was charged for the order at that timeI waited more that business days for my orderI emailed the company (as instructed on their web site and when calling their customer service number) and have not received a response to date (Sept***)I have called numerous times to different customer service numbers during their hours of operation, and got a message that no one is thereThis is ridiculousI will NEVER order from them again!
