Upon reviewing your account I see that a refund for this order was processed to your original form of payment on March *** In some cases banks do not clearly mark where a refund came from when it is posted to your account Please
contact your bank to confirm whether you received the refund in question If the bank confirms you have not received the refund we will need to arrange a way call between you, your bank, and myself to look into the matter further.

Although it took too much of my time to correct the problem, it was finally resolved. I have learned my lesson NOT to purchase electronics through any online stores unless you have access to a wastore in your physical area. I Will NOT be doing business with NoMoreRack every again. Burned and would not recommend them to anyone!

Choxi offered me a promotional gift card of $for a $or more purchase, but when I tried to apply my $"gift" there was no mechanism for doing so Since the promo code must be entered after payment is made, there is no way to acquire the promised discount at all
When I contacted the company--both by way of live chat and telephone, I was told that there was nothing to be done and that they were "sorry for the inconvenience" They lie about the discount and wish to call it nothing more than inconvenience I want nothing more to do with a company that deals in such flagrant dishonesty I have tried to cancel my order....hope the attempted cancellation won't "inconveniently" be ignored Also the customer service contact both online and on phone is like connecting with a robot programmed to be politely indifferent
Choxi is a company that I placed an order with in November of This order was a gift for my wife
I purchased a gift card (so my wife would not be aware of the purchase), activated the card, made my purchase and then destroyed the card
After the Christmas dust settled one of the items ordered needed to be returned, so the initial phone conversation with customer service was made
They sent a return label and the decision and agreement from both parties was to issue a store credit once the return was received since the card used had been destroyed In my mind, we're moving in the right direction (this is January ***, 2016)
I immediately returned the item As of Jan 30th, I still hadn't received my credit, so I again reached out to Choxi I was told there was an issue and that by Tuesday of the following week I should receive an email with the solution and I let it be known at that time that I've fulfilled my part of the deal and now I wanted my credit
On that Tuesday (2/*/16) I did in fact received the credit (at least that's what the message said), so I was pretty happy No seeing the credit I contacted Choxi again to verify what source was used to issue the credit Unbelievably I was told that the credit was placed on a card that no longer exited Wow - really?
After speaking with Paul (customer service rep), Lovey (customer service supervisor), Fil (customer service rep), Ben (customer service rep) and Giddeon (customer service supervisor) they all gave me the same blank response, "*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** ***", obviously the wrong answer
I continued to make the point that when I spoke with Jill on (1/*/16) that the credit was to be store credit, Giddeon verified that this was in my history, but Choxi still would not make their wrong right
I asked Giddeon for a manager (I also asked Paul earlier in the day as well), both told me that the manager Ada was not available I told Giddeon to have Ada call me when she as available and his response was, "she will return your call within the next hours"
A couple of hours later I received a call from Choxi, it is Giddeon who said he spoke with Ada and he proceeded to give the same pathetic story I told them that they were cowards, that they did not care because they were not working to resolve their mistake and that the business is less than deplorable
This is the morning of 2/*/16, I do not expect to hear from them again, but they never corrected their error
I can guarantee you that you will be I satisfied with the customer service department I also asked in my conversations to speak with a complaint department or the billing department or be given an address to the billing department, I was told I could not have that address or number and I was given the address of headquarters Absolutely the opposite of what customer service should represent
At this time, I have been contacted directly by NoMoreRack.com, Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They want me to print out a PRE PAID mailing label to send inside package for them to mail exchange back to meMeanwhile I am having a hard time printing this particular label out through the usps websiteWhich is the only way to supposedly print out this labelAt this point I am so frustrated that I may just disregard the whole thing because the tablet costed me $but it isn't worth all this headache to get a replacement that will most likely get messed up as well as it isn't a good productThank you for your help in this matter.

NOmorerack was smart to put the word "NO" right in its nameThey have NO idea what they're doing NO customer service NO idea how to handle order fulfillment NO agents that can speak discernible English NO measures to rectify matters after they screw up your order - which they will And they most assuredly abide the mantra Just Say No when a customer calls in with a legitimate complaintDo not shop Nomorerack....unless of course you enjoy getting the wrong product, dealing with non-existent customer service, and waiting to get your money back They are bar-none the worst retailer ever
This is absolutely the worst place to order from or to try and get anything answered from them when you do orderI wish I would have looked here before wasting my time and moneyIt's been a month since I placed an order and they haven't delivered and all questions about the order get answered with its processing They also cancelled one of the items and didn't even notify me! Choxi is deadApp will show no products*** page is goneThey just up and closed with no notice while taking orders tll the last minuteIf you have not received your order file a charge-back with your bank and/or credit card explaining what happenedIf you try to look up the domain owner you will not see anything except they purchased domain privacy so no way to contact them unless I am sure a class action lawsuit is filed
I purchased a color changing mug on *** and my card was immediately chargedNow they will not respond to emails, the phone and website do not work, and I never received my mug
My initial experience began in June when I place an order for several items but didn't receive of them (Order No : 24341485) I finally was able to cancel it but only received a store credit Then I placed an order using the credit in July (order number is 24399520) and to date I haven't received that order Customer service is non-existence and even when you call Customer service during business hours you get a recording that they are closed!!!
I'm beginning to wonder if this is a legitimate business based upon its lack of response!!!
