I have overly met all the requirements to warrant a refund on a item I returned, however, they are continuously putting me off with excuses:
* They say I will be refunded 3-bus days after receipt of return - It was signed for on 3/**
* They say they haven't gotten it - I sent tracking number and *** screen to prove it was signed for
* They replied that I never shipped it because their supplier said they never got it - Again I send tracking number and email stating the obvious
* Again I resend proof and demand refund
* Now they're saying it will take - business days to prove I sent itThen additional days to get my money back
I sincerely believe they are purposely giving me the run around because I have been less than frustrated with them and it definitely showed
I ordered this item on 2/** and waited over a month to receive it And I'm still not getting anywhere regarding my refund
IT IS A SHAME THAT YOU TOOK A VERY GOOD ONLINE SHOPPING SITE PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS NO MORE RACKS AND TURNED IT INTO A MESS THE "DEALS" YOU ADVERTISE ARE NO WHERE AS APPEALING AS BEFORE THE CHANGE EVEN THE PICTORIAL ADVERTISING, THE LAYOUT, LOOKS A MESS SEEMS LIKE YOU DESTROYED A PERFECTLY GOOD SITEI WILL NOT BE COMING BACK

I contacted the company TWICE through their "Contact Us" option on their website, not my own personal email Therefore, I have no record of the dates of the contacts, nor their contents I never received any response If they go into my account through my email (***), they will see when the item was purchased As for when I contacted them, again, it's their word against mine since I used their website to do it but it was about a month after the purchase of the faulty fan No reply Still looking for a refund

Placed an online order with choxi.com on 8/*/ As of 9/*/16, product has not shipped The company does not answer its phone system at all The company's Chat button has disappeared The company does not respond to its emails and "Quick Form" to Customer Service There is no Customer Service support whatsoever There is, however, a charge to my credit card which I disputed with the credit card company Thank the Lord someone responded!! Please do NOT do business with this company!!!

Wow! These guys are really sleazy! A countdown timer popped up & said if I order within hrs & so many minutes I would get free shipping I placed an order However, thery not only charged me for shipping, they charged me $for shipping even though they say it's only $t to ship any itemI sent them an email & said if they didn't credit me for the shipping to go ahead & cancel the order The next day I get notified tha it was shipped & then an hour later, I heard back from what they call customer service (should be customer go screw yourself) telling me the shipping didn't apply to what I ordered & if I was entitled to free shipping it would have been automatically deducted What aes! They waited until it shipped before replying to my email the day before!!!! Needless to say, I'm going to refute the charges on my credit card & will never do business with these sleazeballs again

see in this case credits were used to make the entire purchase, so a cash refund would generally not be possible That being said, once this item has been returned I will make an exception and allow a cash refund Unfortunately, the original charge which led to the credits used on this account are too old to refund For this reason the only way I can return the money is via *** Once the return has been delivered, please reply back to this Revdex.com case with the email address used on your *** account so that I may process this fund transfer.Regards,***
Ever since April I have had issues with every order I have placed where at least (1) item from the order was not shipped I kept receiving store credit, thus resulting in my continuance to place orders with them I was hoping with the last order I placed on 10/**/this whole fiasco could finally be over so I never had to purchase from them again But now I have been unable to get on the website I have called several different #s to have none of them get to me a customer service representative, if the # was still even in service I have sent numerous e-mails with no acknowledgement I am owed a total of $at this point It may not seem like a lot, but at this point it is the principal of the matter

Choxi offered me a promotional gift card of $for a $or more purchase, but when I tried to apply my $"gift" there was no mechanism for doing so Since the promo code must be entered after payment is made, there is no way to acquire the promised discount at all
When I contacted the company--both by way of live chat and telephone, I was told that there was nothing to be done and that they were "sorry for the inconvenience" They lie about the discount and wish to call it nothing more than inconvenience I want nothing more to do with a company that deals in such flagrant dishonesty I have tried to cancel my order....hope the attempted cancellation won't "inconveniently" be ignored Also the customer service contact both online and on phone is like connecting with a robot programmed to be politely indifferent
