I ordered a $set of bed sheets and it was never delivered to meI fought with Choxi on several different occasions and finally was told that if I obtained from *** proof that the package was never delivered then I would be refundedI went through an awful hassle to get the information from *** and they confirmed that a 'tracking number' was created for this item BUT it was NEVER picked up/received by *** (they were never given the package from Choxi to be delivered to me)I provided Choxi with this document from *** that clearly showed the tracking number but no pick up/receipt of the package by ***This is exactly what Choxi said I needed to do to get refunded, BUT they still would not issue the refund
Around the same time as this experience, I had to fight tooth and nail to get refunded for two (2) other items that I ordered from Choxi but were never deliveredThey said these two items were refundable because a tracking number was not created yet; but the other (

I placed an order with Choxi, which I did not receive They did not remove the charge from my credit card though I finally contacted them and requested a refund They eventually sent me an echeck, which I do not know how to use I have requested multiple times that they refund my credit card, which they should have done anyway when they did not ship my order They refuse to credit the card back, or to send me a real refund check They end every email with, "our main goal is customer satisfaction" which is very annoying since they do not care at all about customer satisfaction!

I was a regular customer with nomorerack and decided to order from the new company choxi It has been a nightmare
They take your money ASAP and send nothing for months
I'm beginning to think its a scam to collect interest on our money and then tell us the item in unavailable We waited weeks for our bedroom curtains that never came, after several phone calls they have told us the item is no longer available
They offered store credit, we said no and demanded our money back , if you order anything from this company it will take months and after waiting months they will say it's out of stock
I'm currently waiting on items I ordered in March/** I call weekly to find out when they will ship, the tell me every time to wait another week and they will excavate the order, (yah right)
I ordered many birthday gifts that come and gone and still waiting, I thought I would get them anyway if they ever come
My advise is to stay away from this company
They do not ship in a timely matter, if you have months to wait then order
I no longer will order from them
To bad nomorerack is gone, they were great

I'm sorry for the confusion regarding the rings you ordered I have confirmed that the ring was listed two times, one as a genuine tanzanite and other as a lab created tanzanite Unfortunately, I am unable to confirm with 100% certainty which of the deals was listed correctly so I have refunded you the full cost of both rings ($38) to your original form of payment Please allow up to business days for the refund to be reflected back onto your account You may also keep the rings for the inconvenience you experienced If there is anything else I can do to assist you, please just let me know
