Our customer rep has been in contact with the vendor and provided the following information:

Our toll free number is [redacted] We are open M_F, 9:30am-6pm EST. The one year manufacturer’s warranty covers everything except accidental damage (i.e a broken screen). If the tablet has a broken screen, we are still able to assist the customer once they pay a broken screen replacement fee.

 I understand that they say items were final sale.  However you really don't see that when you are ordering, but the problem with these items is they are unusable.  I did not accept the 12.00 because it was for one item only and didn't want to accept anything accept what I felt I was due.  The bra I purchased completely wrong sized. and the leggings I purchase smell of chemicals and when they said I could not return them I washed them 3 times to try and get rid of the smell and it did not work.  And then they said because I washed them I could not return them.  They are a terrible company, with terrible customer service.  It is rare in this day and age when you can not return defective merchandise.

your case, since you have several orders with us we could offer an additional 15 days return period for a total of 45 days return period.  Unfortunately, the problem was not reported until more than 2 months after you received this item.  I'm sorry to inform you that for this reason a return is no longer possible for this item.

I keep ordering, waiting over a month, cancel, get a credit, order something else, wait over a month to two months, cancel, get a credit, order again, on and on. The items either get lost from China or don't exist. They can't track them either. I got a fake [redacted] tracking number the last time. I'm done witth them. [redacted] was good, Choxi is horrible.

I have been trying to check on my order because it is late arriving and they have not sent me any tracking or shipping information. I have called their number 4-6 times a day and their message says call back during business hours, which I had been. I emailed their customer support 4 times in 5 days and no one has gotten back to me. I called their corporate office and it tells me to call that same number (that doesn't answer). Website also says they are available 24/7. Their Chat Now Live button doesn't exist.

Dear [redacted],I understand your item had already been delivered but I was trying to convey that it may take up to 5 business days to process this return which had not happened yet.  Looking into your return further, I see the return was actually processed on the first day it was received.  You should have received an automated email on that day confirming your refund but it appears you did not receive this email.  Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be reflected back onto your account.  In this case, since the refund was processed on Jan [redacted] it should have been reflected back onto your account no later than Jan [redacted].  In regards to the cost for the shipping materials, I do see a note on your account from the social media representative you spoke with.  I had this money transferred to your [redacted] account and it should be available immediately.Regards,[redacted]

I have attempted to unsuccessfully unsubscribe from Choxi emails at least 10 times. The previous time, I wrote the company informing them that if they did not take me off their advertising email list, I would report them to the Revdex.com. The company emailed me back informing me that I had been removed, but this is not the case as I received another advert email today.

I bought an article, on May * and is still in process and everything they say is : wait 10 to 14 business days, and spent 14 days and now they say: wait two to three weeks, but now is the 3th week and still in process, but from the first day I made the order they charged the amount to my checking account from May * to day May ** they spent 22 day and my article still in processing.

These people obviously didn't read my complaint at all. I have tried contacting the manufacturer via teleephone a few times, with no luck. The first time being that it just kept ringing, and the second, a message recording saying that the number is no longer in service; this was stated in my complaint. I have reached out to the "manufacturer" again through email, hoping for a response. Obviously, nomorerack.com doesn't care and is not willing to work with me on this issue. Nor do they care that they are selling faulty equipment. I have read many reviews from their facebook page where people are experiencing the same issues. It is not just one or two, but many!

I apologize if anyone received any unwanted emails.  Our Share & Earn program is a voluntary program where customers can send a $10 nomorerack credit to their contacts and also receive a credit themselves whenever one of their contacts make a purchase....

 The customer is asked if they would like to take part and must provide the password to their email account in order to proceed.  Two emails are sent to each customer.  One informing them of the credit and a second reminder a few days later.  No additional emails are sent after this.  If you have any additional question regarding our Share & Earn program, please just let me know.

Terrible company does not provide product you pay for and makes it impossible for refunds. Stop credit card payments and do not pay with debit card. Lousy way to do business.

I have been trying to find out when an order I placed in July will be delivered. I keep getting pretty much the same old generic response and don't believe my last inquiry was ever answered. It's so disappointing since I have been a long time customer from back when they were called No More Rack.
