This company seems to no longer be in business. There phones state that the offices are closed and any attempt to email them just results in a generic"we received your request" but it is never follow-up on. The recording at the customer service number ###-###-#### clearly sates that any email will be answered within 24 hours, sometimes even as short as an hour. I currently have three orders with the company, one order placed 8/**/16. I am afraid that I have lost the $50 I have spent. The reason I am complaining is that the company is still sending out e-mails to subscribers that they are offering free shipping on all order for 3 hours. This email blast is sent out daily. People that are not aware of the company status are still ordering and giving them money and they will never see the product. I can provide proof of the e-blasts if needed. I will be saving them as well as the e-mails I have sent the company re: wanting an update on my orders.

We tried to contact the vendor to see if they received the product, but they said they did not. I ordered an item on 5/**/2016. I have not received it, nor a tracking number. I have sent 4 inquiries, have asked for my money back twice. The company just keeps responding that I will have a tracking number as soon as my order is processed. They processed my payment right away, but can't seem to get my item to me.

HORRIBLE company! Will NEVER purchase from them and will do everything in power to spread the negative word about the company. Ordered item on 1/**--policy is delivery within 10-12 biz days...well day 21 and NO GOODS delivered. Said [redacted] shipped it 2/** but cannot locate or track the item. Said would take 3 more days to look into. Customer service rep could not have been more useless. In today's digital age and web based company all of this tracking is at their finger tips but could not locate, track or give me a date of delivery. UNBELIEVABLE. They should be shut down by the Revdex.com!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Items are charged for and never delivered.

Upon reviewing your account, I see that on 9/**/12 a credit for this item was issued to your nomorerack account.  Around the same time,  a dispute was filed with your financial institution for the same charge.  Once a customer has filed a dispute their account is suspended.  This is the reason the credit was not available for your use.  As this charge is over 1.5 years old a refund to your original form of payment will not be possible.  The only way we would be able to refund this charge is via Paypal.  Please send me the email address associated with you Paypal account and I will send your refund there.

This company has failed to even ship the last two orders. In my opinion this company is taking your money and earning interest on the money for all those purchases never filled. They ultimately are frauds and should be investigated. I wonder how many purchases are never filled because they know they were never going to fill the order. The customers end cancelling since they will not fill the order.

 I have spoken with the company and the company has agreed to refund my account full purchase price, but as of 2-**-14 I have not been credited.  They company final agreed after many conversations and photos of the torn boot.  I returned the boots they have received them and as of today I have no refund

I ordered from this company on May ** and have yet to receive any information regarding my order. They ran and charged my credit card that same day and all I received was a confirmation number. I have ordered from this company before with no issues and received my order in about 2 weeks. Every time I request information they send me a email with what looks like a standard issue about my order.
