I have never had a more frustrating and disrespectful experience with any other company in my entire life. This company has no concern for the experience you have with them. I would never refer them to anyone.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive several of the items you ordered.  In regards to the item Beats by Dr. Dre Lady Gaga Heartbeats In-Ear Headphones with Inline Mic - Black or White, I see that the tracking number could not be confirmed and...

a credit was added to your account.  I have removed the credit and issued a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 days for this refund to be reflected back onto your account.  Upon reviewing your account I see that the Beats by Dr. Dre Monster PowerBeats In-Ear Headphones - Assorted Colors  was shipped with the tracking number of [redacted] and was delivered on February [redacted].  The three watches were shipped with the tracking number of [redacted] and they were delivered on February [redacted].  I have attached a screen shot of both of the tracking numbers for your review.  Since these items were successfully delivered to your residence and not received by you they must have been stolen before you were able to retrieve the.  In these cases we would be happy to provide you a refund but do require that a police report is filed on theft before we do so.  Once the report has been filed, please send a copy here and a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Choxi cannot fulfill my order for 6 weeks already. I placed my order on Apr **, 2016. They charged my credit card on the same day. Today June *, there is still no tracking number. But their website states that the orders will be fulfill in 10 – 15 days. I think it is illegal to charge it before shipping.

I have reviewed the correspondence and the email stated that a refund had been processed to your original form of payment.  When the email was sent the refund had already been processed.  When a refund is processed it is not immediately available to the card holder.  There is  a processing period for the funds to be transferred from one account to the other.  The 5 to 7 day period noted in the email is in regards to this processing period.  Again, I am very sorry but since a refund was successfully processed to the original form of payment no further refund is possible.

I used to order from this company fairly regularly. Since January 2015 however their services are terrible. I've only attempted to place two orders in that time and in each case, after a very long delay, 5 weeks or more, I ended up having to get a refund rather than my items. The company is extremely frustrating to work with as they just respond with form letters and no information. I had to get Google involved to finally resolve my most recent dispute and it left me furious and frustrated. I would never recommend that anyone use this company for anything. It is not worth the frustration. Use [redacted]. The prices are about the same and you'll actually get what you order and get fast resolution if you do need to contact [redacted].

HORRIBLE COMPANY NOW! It was much better whenever it was Nomorerack.com. I will never use this site again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They take no accountability if an item you ordered doesn't ship. They will just tell you over and over that the shipping is the manufacturer's responsibility and to rest assured that it should ship soon. In my case, the item never shipped and after a month and a half of phone calls to them, they finally admitted that the manufacturer was unable to ship it. Now, over a week later, I'm still waiting on my refund.

I ordered from Choxi and they shipped the wrong color and it looks like it has been used before. I think the just closed their eyes and picked a box without looking at the color. The choices are return and not have the item for Xmas or keep and exchange after the holiday...when they could be sold out or my son doesn't get to use his Xmas gift for a month. They will not issue a credit for the error. (well they did issue a $10 IN STORE credit....like I would care to buy again). I ordered a ring, size 8 and got a size 4 in a size 8 package. (maybe it was to specify it was a $100.00 kids ring??) Then they didn't have any more to exchange for the correct size....doubt the next one would even be right. You can not talk to a supervisor. Not real happy...Bah Humbug Choxi.

When this company was nomorerack there were never any issues. Since becoming choxi I have had issue after issue with their products as well as their customer service. This last time I placed my order May **, 2016. It is now August *, 2016 and I still have not received the sheets I ordered. Yet I can go online and still place an order for the same product. I have contacted the company more than 5 times and only get a cut and paste response that orders take 7 to 10 days to process..(hello we are almost 3 months passed my order date).
This is the second order for the same product. I cancelled the first order after 8 weeks. I cancelled my order today and demanded a refund to my credit card as I do not want any store credit.
Do not use this company, the products have changed and are no longer quality materials. The last sheet set I purchased shredded after 2 washes.

I order a set of bras it took over three weeks for them to be delivered and instead of sending me 1 order they sent 2 orders when I contacted them set up the return of the extra order they told me that the bras was a final sale and that I could not return either of them. When you place an order you are asked how many? These were two separate orders and I was charged twice.
The customer service sucks! I even asked if I could return one package and possibly recieved a credit towards future orders and was refused.

original complaint with their product/advertising was that it was advertised as Egyptian cotton sheets and  arrived at my house as 100% polyester sheets. I contacted them and  they claimed that it was "Egyptian cotton feel"   So, it started out as deception at the beginning.

 Thy did contact me thru another website. But they jut give me the same mess that all of the other e-mails way. It is like they copy and paste the same thing over and over. Thy did not even respond to any of the things I talked about. I m not happy with this company and since they just want to and me these copy and paste e-mails it shows me even more e that they just do not care. They still will not address the actual complaint. They keep telling me to e-mail their customer service department which I already have several times. I also gave them all of the complainant number that I have and they tell me to contact customer service again.
