directly by Choxi.com, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This company did contact me after I sent them about 15 emails and commented multiple times on social media. This company is horrible. It does not care about its customer. They are only about screwing you. This problem will never be resolved by this company. I have requested to they never contact me again. I will never order from them again and I have warned all of my family and friends about this company. Thank you for trying to help but this company will only get better if it is shut down. It is unbelievable how they can still be in business. They are completely unethical.

I ordered a pair of boots from this company on 11/**/14. My [redacted] account was charged the $19 sales price on December *,but I never received the product. I contacted them on December **, was told my order had been cancelled. Several emails later, I was notified that a refund had been posted to my credit card that had been charged for the purchase. No explanation was offered regarding this unsatisfactory experience.

I've ordered several times from them. I've always received items faster than expected, and always in excellent condition. Only once did I need to return something, a cellphone battery & charger set that didn't work with my phone. Although not their fault, I was treated politely on the phone and promptly received all I needed to return it, including pre-paid postage. I have recommended NoMoreRack to friends and will continue to buy from them.

I ordered several times when this company was NoMoreRack, and the service was exemplary. However, that has not been the case since they became Choxi. My first order with Choxi went as planned, but my last two have been disasters. I waited 8 weeks for my second order (with no followup or feedback from Choxi) before I had to cancel for a refund. I waited 6 weeks for my 3rd order, again with no followup from them. When I contacted them they said is was a supplier problem. After 8 weeks, I complained again and they issued me a "store credit." Why? So they could keep my money in limbo forever? I will never do business with Choxi again.
This company is horrible!! I'm so disappointed. I had no issues with Nomorerack in the past. but since Choxi took over it's been terrible. I still have not received my order, it's been over three weeks, I tried calling their customer service on a weekday eastern standard time and a recording that states they're closed. I am so pissed. i'm calling my credit card company and putting in a request for a refund immediately. I am also uninstalling app....pitiful!!

The refund was issued in the amount of $39, $39 for the item as well as $0 for the shipping.
I have got to say that choxi has gone downhill tremendously from NoMoreRack. I have had problems with my last four orders about receiving items extremely late or not at all. Their referral program is a farce it doesn't work at all. I have referred 10 people through their link and have never received a credit and neither have the people I've referred. Right now I'm fighting with them again about a dress that I ordered 2 months ago and and it still has not been shipped. They need to step up their game if they're going to be anything comparable to NoMoreRack. When you file a complaint with customer service they don't even respond to you and if they do it doesn't resolve your problem. I am done with this company and I will not tell anybody else to order off of it and they need to get their act together. I'm now going to contact the Revdex.com as well as the corporate office and file another complaint to get my refund. I don't want to store credit. I want my money back because I don't intend to buy anything else there. So buyer beware before you order off of this site!!!!
I have had nothing but problems since choxi took over nomorerack.com, I never receive my items!!! I've had to keep cancelling because it's been months and nothing. Then they give you credits on your choxi account instead of refundong your original form of payment when you cancel and then make you have to use them to order more stuff! Not right at all!!
On 2 different occasions I placed orders. I contacted them 1 month after placing both orders. I was told that they no longer had the items. They should have reached out to tell me this.

I have purchased 3 different items from this company without any complaints. They have been fast, efficient and correct in the orders, but have never had to return or interact with customer service. I have been pleasantly surprised with the products for the price.

My records indicate that you first attempted to contact customer service regarding its defective nature, and the manufacturers contact information was provided. This information was reiterated on January [redacted], 2014, February [redacted] and [redacted], 2014. The return policy period has expired, but the product is still under warranty. This is really a horrible business. I have finally learned my lesson. I didn't really have any real issues when they were 'nomorerack.com'. If you get your merchandise within 30 days of your order, consider yourself lucky. If you don't, then you will never see it and you will never receive a reply from any method of communication you attempt. Forget about calling. You will have to dispute the charge through your credit card company. I won't ever recommend this business to anyone. Once I clear up this mess from my last order, I hope to never hear from them again.

They want me to mail them the tablet with an enclosed prepaid mailing label for them to send me an exchange. I will be taking care of this today. Hopefully the company follows through and sends me a replacement.
