police report on this incident as it was mostly likely theft. All items purchased at nomorerack.com have a 30 day return period unless they are marked as final sale. According to our records the Maze Exclusive 4400mAh Power Bank and Portable LED Dancing Water Speakers were purchased on September [redacted] and August [redacted] respectively and the problems were reported on February[redacted]. Unfortunately, since the problems were not reported to us until more than 4 months after the purchases were made we are unable to provide a replacement for these items.Regards,[redacted]

she has now recived the shipping label twice, and the business has had it physically mailed to them. We just got the tablet replacement yesterday.

Oh, my...what a story I have! Bought a MFK handbag from Choxi, they sent a defective WRONG color bag. I returned it and had to fight for my refund/exchange. Then I made ANOTHER mistake and ordered another MFK bag.....got it and the zipper was defective!! Sheesh! Should have known, right? Well, I got the return authorization, then the manufacturer was stating they didn't receive their garbage back. So I sent proof from the [redacted]. FINALLY, got the credit(oh no! NOT the money back) for the handbag. So I placed an order for the EXACT SAME THING to replace the one with the defective zipper, on February [redacted]. As of today's date, March [redacted], my order states "Processing" and after numerous emails with their ridiculous customer service, this is the latest response I've received; "I'm sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. Unfortunately, the details for the order you mentioned have already been sent for fulfillment to our manufacturing partners and we are now unable to cancel this order. We will be contacting you with the updates. We appreciate your time and patience on this matter. Again, My apology.
If there is anything further I can do to assist you please let me know. At Choxi, customer satisfaction is our main goal."
What a waste of time, money and sanity! What a load of frustration!!
(Oh! And this is just the latest of my orders to get screwed up by them!!) (I just don't learn apparently!!)

Purchased printer 1/**/16 - verified by choxi 1/**/16. I emailed them on 2/*/16 asking what was the hold up and I received a response my order was being "expedited" (4-6 business days) - well today is 2/*/16 and no printer. 18 days (with "expedited shipping") - they have my money for 18 days now - and I do not have anything but a headache. I believe they may be defrauding the public - selling items they do NOT have available for shipping. I just sent final email - then will file complaint with [redacted]

There needs to be a class action started against this company. Stole money from countless people.
In early December 2015, I ordered a battery driven riding car for 57.00. When I assembled it, there was a danger message attached to the battery that said if the battery overheated, it could cause a fire. A FIRE IF A CHILD RODE IT TOO LONG!!!!!????
I sent it back. They paid for the postage. My credit card was credited 57.00.
Then they recharged my credit card in April 2016.

Bad service I will never shop there again. They send you stuff you ordered but once you get you find out shupping is more and you have to pay unless refuse the package and then they send you wrong package on accident and ask you to send back even if you have to pay out of pocket if the post office charges for package. Waste of time and hassle.
