I placed an order with them on June [redacted] of this year. It is now august [redacted] and I have yet to receive even a shipping confirmation! I have contacted the company four times asking where my order is and why is has not been shipped yet. When I placed the order nothing was said about back orders or anything of the kind that would delay my order, yet here I am no product no shipping confirmation! Everytime I contact customer support about my issue I receive an automated reply asking me to be patient and it will be shipped out as soon as possible....I am out of patience! I have asked them to refund my money so I can make my purchase elsewhere and have received no response. At this point I feel like they took my money !! This site is awful! I told them I would not be shopping with them anymore and they proceeded to send me a coupon for free shipping what good is free shipping if a product never ships! I honestly feel scammed!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this suggested resolution is satisfactory as a BEGINNING to resolution of this matter.  Due to past experience with Nomorerack's representatives, I am willing to proceed but do so with caution.  I will consider the matter resolved when Nomorerack follows through on what is currently proposed by [redacted] -- to my satisfactiion -- and my previously stated terms are either met or addressed and satisfied in some other way to which I have fully and voluntarily agreed.
Less, I be considered overly harsh, I remind you that what I went through with Nomorerack was totally unnecessary.  It was a total waste of my time and a waste of energy I needed and still need to heal from surgery. There are many complaints against the company with the Revdex.com and a number of them show they went unresolved.  My aim is to make an unmistakable as well as - as far as possible -- an unforgettable impression so that Nomorerack, "cleans up its act" as the saying goes.  This company has certainly made an unforgettable and unfortunately unfavorable impression on me.  
I will be happy to go forward and address the issues with their representative, "[redacted]" either in this forum or privately through personal email.  I will leave that up to the Revdex.com to determine.   What I DO NOT want is to try to communicate with "[redacted]" through a general email address at Nomorerack where the resolution of this issue once again becomes one open to comment and contradictiion by any and all their customer service representatives.
I am happy we have once again reached this point in the attempt to resolve this problem.  I am somewhat encouraged and sincerely hope we can move steadily and quickly toward putting it to rest this time without further conflict.

As I have stated to many customer service representatives, I wanted a refund for the original $29. I paid you $29 + $2 shipping for a pair of boots that were the wrong size. You refused to give me credit at that time, instead gave me store credit which I ordered the speakers with. The speakers were damaged upon arrival, I returned them and requested my debit card be credited. You refused and once again gave me store credit. Which I was forced to spend my money with your company against my wishes. Poor customer service and poor company policies. I have wasted hours of MY time dealing with your company on many different occasions. This company is fraudulent and hides behind "company policies". Ridiculous.

waited over a month for my merchandise, live chatted & they kept telling me the same thing so I called. the man said he would cancel the order & credit me the money plus $10.00 more but I had to use it with them. not satisfied with the bag you received.  We take claims of counterfeit items very seriously at nomorerack.com.  Before we can take any action though we do need to have some documentation that the item is not authentic first.  Please provide some documentation proving the item is fake and I would be more than happy to assist you with this concern.

[Yes, my husband contacted you for as he had used MY credit card that was stored on your website with out my permission. Now if he claimed to me that could be. I never gave him permission to place the order or use my credit card which is in my name only. Hence why for the past 3 months I have been trying to contact you by every mean possible. When referencing that order and the emails he was told that he could return the mistake item and when I tried to return it I was told that it could not b returned.
Also, yes on order number  [redacted]I was given a credit for the underwear that was ordered but NEVER received. The problem I have is the purse that was ordered for my Christmas present had a huge hole in it and makes it worthless. I took pictures and emailed nomorerack who in the end told me that that was tough.

Have you reached out to the manufacturer are you were advised to by customer service?

First off I don't know if this is exact way to respond to the  email that was sent to me.But,I  did try and reach out to them(Nomorerack on Febuary **,2014)about  my tablet and they responded back by saying they got in contact with the manufacturer.I told them  just about the same thing that was in my complaint. I wanted to know, was they either going to refund me my money or send me a new tablet.Because the one I have doesn't work at  all,It won't even turn on.And,I haven't gotten in contact with  no manufacturer at all.Yes, we did communicated  through via Facebook,but that's after the fact they told me  I couldn't get my money back and in other words I was stuck with the broke device.I told them I wasn't told about the return policy on the the device.

We have been doing business with Choxi for 3 years now. We shipped all customer orders on time, and haven't been paid. They owe us $50,000 for orders that we fulfilled and haven't been paid for. They first started by dragging us out. Now they don't even respond. I like to first submit this complaint before I go ahead and take legal action.

Placed an order on August [redacted], my credit card was charged for the order at that time. I waited more that 14 business days for my order. I emailed the company (as instructed on their web site and when calling their customer service number) and have not received a response to date (Sept. [redacted]). I have called numerous times to different customer service numbers during their hours of operation, and got a message that no one is there. This is ridiculous. I will NEVER order from them again!

Last three orders have not been fulfilled/ no notification from either choxi or the vendor where order should been sent from / then you only get credit / money not returned as given / meaning you still have to place an order with choxi / plus the awards amount cause you to spend more
