Like I have said, this is crap.
I have placed 3 orders with Choxi and I have had issues with every order:
Order #1: did not ship in a timely manner like they say that they do. I had to contact customer service multiply times to find out when I would get me stuff.
Order #2: I thought that I would try them one more time however, my entire order was messed up. One item was extremely late, like 3 months until I received it. One item was not correct. Choxi changed the color and style of the dress that I ordered. I just kept it, because I didn't want to deal with trying to return it and deal with that mess and then my other item had postage due upon arrival. I had to take time off of work in order to make it to the post office on time and pay extra postage in order to get my item that I had already paid for. They would not refund me the amount that I had to pay for the extra postage. Choxi would only give me an instore credit. After all of this experience, I was not going to let them keep my extra postage credit that I had to pay out of my own pocket so I placed one more order to get that credit. Which is where it leads me to this complaint and order #3.
Order #3: Received one item and then the other item was cancelled. To then not even get all of my money back and have yet again another instore credit. Well shame on me, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN so AGAIN, I AM THE ONE THAT IS SCREWED BECAUSE I WILL NEVER USE THAT INSTORE CREDIT.
It is a bunch of crap. Choxi is HORRIBLE and UNETHICAL. I am not the only one that has been screwed by this company.....Just look at Facebook and the complaint page for them. HORRIBLE.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and I have let all of my family and friends know how horrible this company is and to NEVER use them as well.
In my opinion, a company that does not allow for people to place constructive critizism is a company that is trying to hide something. In this case, Choxi is hiding that it is an extremely unethical and horrible company. They should be shut down.

I have ordered a couple times through the site, and since the name changed its taking over 2 months for any order to go out. There policy says 7-14 days. I ordered over 2 months ago and the only thing they will give us a store credit. I'll be going through my credit card to get my money back after all this. Save your time, stress level, and money and order elsewhere
At this time, I have been contacted directly by NoMoreRack.com, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
NoMoreRack.com Inc. contacting me requesting my order number, said they needed it to locate my order. I have provided the requested information on multiple occasions. They are yet to contact me again and my issue has NOT been resolved. I have contacted the manufacture ([redacted]) of this product directly, told them about my issue with NoMoreRack.com Inc. and have resolved the issue with the manufacture directly. NoMoreRack.com Inc. was no help to getting this issue resolved. Gave me "the run around" every time. Moving forward, I will not be doing business with this company. It should be duly noted on [redacted] about the ethics of NoMoreRack.com Inc.

I have been a choxi customer for many year. That was before it was choxi and nomorerack. I there were numerous times that I bought items and they were not what it was advertised to be on the website. But the last staw was when I bought a smart watch for 75 times the price that was listed on [redacted]. I felt like I was dupe! I call and tried to return the watch and it was a nightmare. They could not refund my money. Said that they would give me a store credit instead. They sent me a Shipping label which did not work. Post office told me the label has not been paid for. My advice to you stay away from choxi. They are fraud.
Just awful.
Purchased a set of microfiber sheets for near retail price. Laundered according to directions due to chemical smell. Sheets came out with small worn spots all over.
Contacted CS, and they told me that they found it "difficult to understand" how such a thing would happen, and refused a return because the item was opened, even if defective.
E-mail exchanges lasting several days resulted in no resolution.
This company took my money for cheap [redacted] made in China, refused to honor their return policy, and then called in to question my integrity. Never again.

Good morning!
I have not received any correspondenc from the Nomorerack.com company or its agents since I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com. I will be forwading you photographs and all correspondence from the Nomorerack.com company in a pdf format will prove beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law that we are dealing with felony fraud and felony false advertising. I have the files on another computer but I will forward them to you today. I willl also forward these files to the District Attorney's office n New York City as they will have prosecutable case against Nomorerack.com. I will be in communication with you shortly by email. The company has processed a refund for the product, but I have not yet been refunded for the shipping fee that I paid to ship the product back. Here is the letter that was sent to me from the manufacturer that shows the product that I was sold was not genuine.

Like I said from the very first time I contacted you (nomorerack). My son had a tragic accident which led to my current job treating me horribly, which ended up with me getting a new job (started January*) and I have had so much on my plate with these events that I haven't had time to contact you about these items. On Christmas Day when we realized these two items were broke I put them up and aside in a safe place so they haven't been touched since Christmas Day. I start Christmas shopping in August every year, so that is why the items from nomorerack were bought when they were bought.

I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/**/15 because they guaranteed delivery by 12/**. The item never arrived and is expected on or about 12/**/15. If time we're not of the essence I could have gotten the same item from EBay at half the price. What kind of guarantee is that, "you will receive it or maybe not", either way they have your money and now your stuck sending it back.
Their customer service is very good at lip service.
I will never buy another item from Choxi again!

If the items shows delivered and has still not been received it must have been stolen before you were able to receive the item. Buyer Beware!!! I would not order anything from this company as their products are defective and or fakes not the real thing such as their ugg boots they are imitation!! Then when you contact them to return they give you the run around for weeks and if your lucky they might issue you store credit. They are scamming people big time. I highly recommend to STAY AWAY from ordering anything from this company. You will regret it.

When Choxi was [redacted] it was great now I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy still waiting on an order from 5/**/** it is now 08/**/** still don't have it no contact from Choxi and there customer service is closed going to challenge it on credit card.

The original amount of $33 was credited back into my account but they refused to give me the additional credited money. I was offered a twenty dollar gift certificate, but have no wish to shop at their store again. Also, have a feeling that the same thing would occur as the first time that I would not be credited for the amount, and on complaining being told that it would be the next time I shopped. Underhand company!

there have just been so many issues with this company, I am not satisfied with this response in any way, shape, or form. nomorerack.com has all my correspondence regarding this order. especially considering the severe incompetence that I encountered while attempting to communicate with their customer service reps, which I still believe that no one at that company has bothered to look at...repeating the same questions over and over and over, wasting my time. to be 100% honest, a LOT of the items i've ordered have been defective, i'm willing to say at least 60% of the items i've ordered. they issued a refund even after their supposed updated return policy was effective, showing I returned an item that I threw out. i've told them numerous times, i'm not going thru even further inconvenience of having no curtains in my living room because one out of 4 panels was ripped. all I ever wanted was a partial credit, to use towards another purchase. I can sew the rip... but that's not the point, I shouldn't have to. the curtain should have been of good quality, and it was not damaged during shipping, it was in a plastic, zippered, curtain package, folded all stiff and secure, just like all the other 3 panels. I wanted to continue to order from this site, I really liked it, but after ALL the issues with the items being broken or missing pieces or being of poor quality, i've had issues with how credits were processed, and my interest waned and then this new issue with the curtains and customer service, it's unreal. I ordered 2 packages and waited a month never received anything. Asked for my refund and was only given partial payment. I was then told because I used a coupon given by choxi that they can't give me my full refund.
Choxi was never the perfect company to buy from, but there were fine. That is until this summer, I ordered several items and only a few arrived when I requested a refund they emailed saying that they were under new management and to give them time. A short while later they stopped answering the phone and now their website is no available. I am out about $60.00 and I do not expect to get it back. Now I hear they are filing for bankruptcy.
