Company's debt sale agreement contains a provision that the buyer of the debt conduct all collection activities in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, just as we would do. It is our written policy that we adhere to the FDCPA and we have strict consequences for failure to follow these policies, up to and including termination of any employee who may violate the same. As a result of the complete sale of this debt, Company is no longer in a position to negotiate repayment arrangements or make settlement offers. Reason why I rejected it because, this has been going for a while. I keep disputing it from my credit report they keep coming back with current information now that I show them proof. I don't believe they with update this information

I do not have a police report as the amount that was taken from me was not suffecient enough to claim without costing me more money that I did not have. The man that is calling and harrassing and threatening me is claiming to be from Check N Go.  I had to close my checking account as it was overdrawn and had to pay over $500 to do that and this all occured before my house fire in which we lost everything. I have since been monitoring my Credit Report and have had to cancel numerous loan applications being filed. I have not seen check N go on my credit report so therefore I cannot dispute it but again I have nothing to show for this because my home and all papers and anything else I had was burnt to the ground.

I filed this complaint to show proof that this company is purposefully performing the practice of pedatory lending and although my loan has already been paid off they will not close out the account but are trying to continually charge me a monthly fee. I have provided documentation to show that the loan was paid but tbe company refuses to speak with me but are providing the bureau in response to my grievance an automated general response. This company is croaked and people should know the truth and not deal with them.

dates were established for the 11th of every month and not the 15th
as mentioned in your complaintA copy of the loan agreement is included for

In your complaint you stated that Check ‘n Go drafted your
bank account times in May 2015; times in June 2015; times in July 2015;
and twice in August
A review of your loan transaction history (also included)
illustrates the following payment attempts:
March – ACH attempt
April – ACH attempts
May – ACH attempts
June – ACH attempts
July – ACH attempts
August – ACH attempt
September – ACH attempt
Under the section of the signed loan agreement titled, EFT Authorization, it states: "You
hereby authorize us or our agent to initiate one or more electronic debit
entries to your bank account identified below (your "bank account") to collect
the amounts you owe us under the payment schedule disclosed on page of this
loan agreement, plus any fees that may arise due to your default on this loan,
such as dishonored item fees or late feesA payment default occurs if you fail
to pay an installment in cash and your bank subsequently returns the
installment EFTThese electronic debit entries or transfers may include, but
are not limited to, automated clearing house (ACH) entries, remotely created
checks (RCC), remotely created payment orders, demand drafts, bank checks, bank
drafts, or similar payment devicesWe may continue to initiate
accelerated-balance EFTs in amounts less than the full amount due until any
past due payments you owe are paid in full."
By signing the agreement, you acknowledged and accepted all terms and
conditions of the loan; therefore, Company is unable to waiver from policy and

Check N Go Representatives have not done anything in regards to my complaint about not being able to make a payment back in July. The lady working at the Store said she could not take a payment over the phone andreferred me to Corporate to make some payment arrangement before the account was going to get sold to a Third Party Collection agency.    Sometime towards the end of July, sorry I don't have more details, but once the month was about over, I tried to reach [redacted], one of the Managers and could not get a hold of him by phone. I could not get a hold ofany live person through two numbers, one that the Store Associate or Manager gave me and one that was from someone calling me about being behind on my loan. Anyways, I continued to fail to get a hold of someone but somehow, through the automated system, I found some paying system or "Over the Phone Bill Pay" service, whatever they call that service. After the Machine mentioned that Paying service, it just kept saying that it is down.I guess it is still a mystery as to why I could not just pay over the phone but I did have the funds back then to at least pay some of the balance.    I am really frustrated and you Check N Go people have not done anything helpful in regards to the situation. I would like to either talk or get an email back from Mr. [redacted] within the next week, otherwise I am seekingmediation. If you guys are not willing to go through Mediation, it is very likely that I am going to sue. I don't think either me or a Manager of Check N Go would like the inconvenience of a lawsuit or trial.    By the way, how come you guys told Revdex.com that you couldn't find my account but just recently, you found it and know exactly how much I owe, when the loan was taken out and last time I paid?

Hello,We apologize that you feel as if you were getting the "run-around" when it came to your issue. I've taken the time to review the notes and calls associated with your complaint. Through this review I have found opportunities for training that will be shared with the supervisors in those departments. Based on the agreement and payment plan that was set up, it looks like the issue described has been resolved in regards to having a payment plan.
