Hello,I did receive an EPP from ChecknGo on 1/30/When I called on 1/30/to get it, they first told me I couldn't again, and went round and round and was on the phone for minutes again before they finally did it. I explained in detail every call I made and provided this to youI was expecting a little more of your support in those details, rather than a response from ChecknGo and no response from you to ChecknGo explaining the time they wasted, the information they gave me of my not being qualified for an EPP, their system won't allow it so they need to send it on to their technical team, their systems are down and can't forward my call to supervisor, etc, etc. Instead, you are making me take my time again and send all this to you againWhy is that? With your experience and business position, with all the details I gave you, you can know this isn't resolved correctlyThey skimmed over everything they put me through, and are doing to other clients as we speak. These are tactics I am sure you are well aware of in all the years you have worked with businessesIf you were to listen to the phone calls they recorded (as most every business does today), you would hear the representatives I was talking to, as I did, were talking to a supervisor while I was on the phone, and the supervisor was telling them to lie in several ways (they weren't available, I wasn't qualified by my state to have an EPP, there were new policies in my state that changed since I received their paperwork, etc). I copied and pasted to you the Utah law that informed me I could set up a EPP well before 1/30/17. I believe I am being fair in my request, as have already made my first payment to themNow that I am taking more of my time to state the same information I submitted originallyI would like my situation resolved please, and I also want their unethical practices, which I am confident they are using with every person that calls in, changed.

I try contacting the number you have giving me and no one answers, I also take a look on the credit report it and give me a negative impact on my credit report I' am a little disappoint that this information will be on my credit until April I want to resolve this by actually removing it from my credit, I' am not happy with the result and the outcome with this
