[redacted]WHO IS THE PERSON THAT CALLED ME FROM THE STORE THAT DAY??? Why was it not stated in their response who the "district director was" ?? She did not mention anythng at all about my initial complaint!!! "She" just said " I can come there to cash a check if I ever need to" whoever this is responding to my responses clearly did not read my last response when I asked to be contacted via phone by someone. How does a "technical error" occur like that? Just stop making excuses for both employees behavior. It makes you look just as unprofessional as they were! You nor anyone can tell me if I can go back in the store or not. I find it very rude and unprofessional that someone would even say that to a customer. Whoever responded said that someone called and spoke to the people at the store, as if the "manager" would tell the truth and admit to being rude and unprofessional? Whoever this "customer service" representative is responding knows just like I do [redacted] the manager wil not l admit that! Me filing this complaint has done nothing but show how unprodessional the people are that represent this company, in the store and corporate office. I am no longer going back and forth with ignorance! Learn how to be more professional so you can be a good example for the people in your stores! All of y'all need more "customer service" training!

I also think no businesses should be asking for social security numbers unless an application for money or a credit card has been applied for! I never gave my consent for these advertisements and no one should have to give out even more personal information I. Order to make them stop. Why do they need my social security number for any ways? I am in fear for the safety of the public especially the elderly and disabled people who are not going to understand what happens if they give this information out.

In order to cease payment on your account during the bankruptcy process, you must provide evidence of your bankruptcy filing, which includes: the attorney’s name, address and telephone number; your bankruptcy case number; or official documentation of filing. When the guy called me before the 8th, he said that the check will be mailed on the 8th of March and when I called back they said now it was going to be on the 15th, so the dates changed.

No one from this company has contacted me. I have not received a phone call, email, or voicemail from anyone with this company. I would like for someone to contact me regarding this matter. I work during the day so if someone does decide to call I would like it if I was left a message and given a call back number. It was said in the response from the company I am welcomed to cash a check ect there. Why would I want to go back to a place where I was treated the way I was from a manager representing this company? How do I know that I will not get the same treatment like before ? Because someone said so in response to my complaint? I want all my issues addressed in this matter. Nothing was said about the woman who randomly called my phone on the date listed in my complaint nor was anything said about the letter I received which stated I was denied for a "loan" I never applied for. I wrote all my issues with this company in my complaint, and expect them to be addressed accordingly. When I walked into the store on the date listed and was talked to and treated with respect I would not have had to take time out of my day to even file this complaint.

Check N' Go use discrimination practice when determining qualifications for loans based on old or out dated information that they hold on previous loan applications. I feel that because they use old records combined with the new information I supplied will make a decision of credit worthlessness bias against my ability to qualify for a loan with Check N' Go. Again I feel I was turned down for loan because of my race and or sex and not my credit from my credit report. They never inquired about my credit when making the decision to deny credit.

1. The company again confirmed that they are forcing me into collections in order to have the opportunity to discuss repayment terms on my account. This is completely unacceptable and in my opinion, threatening.2. I was misled by the store associates regarding early payoff. Regardless of what the 15-page contract may say in the fine print, they clearly told me that I could avoid the interest by paying the loan off early. I paid the borrowed amount back more than a year early and still they tell me I owe more than 50% interest on the money borrowed. The associates grossly and intentionally misled me; hence their predatory loan practice reputation.3. The response to my Revdex.com complaint was the FIRST time I have been able to receive communications from their corporate office. Despite multiple efforts to contact someone on the phone and e-mails sent through their website, I never received a response. I was disconnected multiple times from their "customer service" number after being given the runaround by multiple people. They need to allow direct communication since they are unwilling to empower anyone in my state to work with me on my loan. It's absurd that it has come to this.The only terms I will accept from the company are the following: I would be willing to pay $1,000 to close out my loan. This would result in Check n' Go receiving 30%+ in interest on the amount I borrowed. Additionally, I would like them to be more clear with their repayment terms and provide direct access, either by telephone or e-mail to their corporate office.I have already contacted the [redacted]'s office and will contact my own attorney if these terms are not accepted.
