I rejected it because I didn't kno that Check and Go will have a negative impact on my credit for a "settlement agreement " after all it should be positive on my credit and remove the "failed to pay" since September to October 2016. I want a positive report on my credit

I was not informed by anyone about the late fees till after my account was paid in full. Then I got an email informing me of the late fee, which is how I was informed about it. Nobody called me like they claimed they did.

I would like for my son to be able to apply for a loan. Which she was applying for a loan so he can move into his own place. He has been receive in Social Security for over 10 years and now he's being accused fraud....

And the young lady said that she was going to put him in the system so he would never be able to get a loan I tried to contact Check n Go three times they have failed to respond. I explain to them if anything is in the computer for my son being accused of fraud I will seek a lawyer. He is a child that is disabled and is basically just trying to be independent. Just want him to be able to apply for a loan. The right way instead of just looking at a piece of paper and accusing him of fraud when they have no proof

I have paid 3500 dollars on a 1000 dollar loan with no end in site. They have no corporate office to discuss the matter with and They keep changing the terms of the loan.I would like to complete this contract with no further payments. This is predatory lendinding and I believe that the contract is paid in fullRevdex.com spoke with consumer, and she provided the following response:We are paid up, this contract was supposed to end in November, if there were any late fees they were already paid in January. If they have something that needs to be paid, they need to be clear. Attached is the ledger. They said there is a late fee for several missed payments, there was only one missed payment. If there is any trouble, we can go to court.

They could have worked with me and made a payment plan of some kind since I called in with time to do that. What you did was run the payment and my bank account is currently overdrawn and I'll be charged $35.00 per day.

You asked that two payments are scheduled for this to be automatically withdrawn: this has been set up as requested. The records we have show the times you were contacted by our district director in regards to the complaint you filed with the corporate office through our website. If you require additional information you need to obtain this at the store that services your loan. If there is something that I'm not understanding please elaborate on how I can better assist you. Hello,As per our previous response, we are unable to find anything that would lead us to believe that there is anything other than a misunderstanding at work here. On 8/23/2016 you called in to our online operations and spoke to a supervisor who explained that the amount you were approved for changed, and that you esigned for a loan agreement in the amount you received. I want to know if the business will accept a small payment to stop the collections process. But since the business has told me that they can not find account, and wonder how this can be arranged?

As a result, a Return Payment Fee in the amount of $25 was charged. The payment due on...

12/19/14 was not successfully collected until 1/21/15. Additionally, several payments made after that date were delinquent and remained so throughout the remaining term of the loan. Both a copy of your loan agreement and transaction history have been included for your review.According to the section of your signed Installment Loan Agreement titled, PROMISE TO PAY, is states, " . . . You must pay each installment on its due date. We apply payments first to interest (accrued as of the date the payment is received), then to principal (due as of the date the payment is received), and then to any other charges you owe us." extremely disappointed at the lack of empathy and practices of this business. If they were not taking advantage of the working class they would discount their fees and interest if paid off before first payment. They are charging excessive fees and interest over 300% and deny taking advantage of people? They make it hard to review terms with their business model and I believe rely on that model to trap unsuspecting customers. What person would ever suspect that a $1525 would owe 1955.71 in less than two weeks. I am certainly not asking for free money but the fees should have been reasonable and the company should have made a reasonable and good customer service effort to resolve this matter fairly over this misunderstanding, but instead play hard ball and thus proving my complaint and their true intentions. If they are a legitmate caring business they should at least refund half the fees to me paid as a gesture of good will due to the issues and inability to properly read the terms and conditions. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards,
