Hello,Company denies any allegations of "loan sharking" or being complicit in the theft of this individual's identity. Based on the information provided in the application (correct and verified personal information), this account belongs to the complainant. As company understands that ID Theft is a danger, we work with any individual that claims ID theft has occurred on their account. To be clear: company did not illegally obtain and utilize your personal information. This act would have been perpetrated by a 3rd party who now has our funds that they obtained fraudulently; both this complainant and the company are victims of this 3rd party. The process we undergo to prove ID Theft is something we ask of all people who claim to be victims. If they were not taking advantage of the working class they would discount their fees and interest if paid off before first payment. They are charging excessive fees and interest over 300% and deny taking advantage of people? They make it hard to review terms with their business model and I believe rely on that model to trap unsuspecting customers. What person would ever suspect that a $1525 would owe 1955.71 in less than two weeks. I am certainly not asking for free money but the fees should have been reasonable and the company should have made a reasonable and good customer service effort to resolve this matter fairly over this misunderstanding, but instead play hard ball and thus proving my complaint and their true intentions. If they are a legitmate caring business they should at least refund half the fees to me paid as a gesture of good will due to the issues and inability to properly read the terms and conditions. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards,

You called in on 10/6 and spoke to a supervisor in our customer service department who sent out a letter outlining the payments made and the amounts that were sold to [redacted]. Automated Clearing house transaction, which you agreed to as terms of the loan agreement.On 4/24/2016 you also provided "proof" that the payment had been made on your previous loan agreement, which is why you were extended a second loan. This payment was rejected by your bank for insufficient funds and no payments were actually made. You are responsible for full repayment of both transactions. Customer entered into a loan agreement on 8/15/2016 to borrow $5000.00 and repay $12,351.03 over 25 biweekly payments. Since Check N Go failed to contact the company to whom they first sold the debt in 2011 ([redacted]l Group) to verify payment was in fact received and evidence presented confirming debt has been paid, it is evident that the company will not do anything to resolve this issue.

The manager By the name of [redacted] gave me her word that she was not going ti deposit my check that I COULD PICK UP THE CHECK AND PAY CASH  she did not tell the truth , but was still wanting me to bring her money to the store . The Check N Go company can play the telephone tape to get the true Story that I have no reason to give FALSE information play the tape on the days that I  have giving in my first statement.

My mom [redacted] passed away this company took $ 338 from her account we sent them her death certificate they promised to mail a refund check on 3-8 -17but I never received it then when I called they said they mailed on 3-14-17ni feel that this company is giving me a the ru around I keep getting different stories. My name is [redacted] I reaaly need the Revdex.com to please take control and please get this refund. It doesn't take 2 weeks to receive a check I really don't believe a check has been mailedI want my refund they should have not taken any money out of the account

I received  information from [redacted] through my email stating that the information will be update, and nothing was update I attached a filed for you'll to read and check n go can read also. I paid off my loan since December 2, 2015. When I run my Credit Report from Sept 2015 until Oct 2016 in stated " failed to paid"

[redacted] No you are wrong we paid 265. cash and you also cashed a 500 check which we have the proof of the receipt from your store for 265. and our copy of the check that was cashed for 500. and that totals 765. that you have which are total was 515. that we owed you and you have received 750. now please explain why again you do not owe our other 250. when you took more than the 515.  you tokk a total of 765.
