I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have sent these same documents via certified mail to this company on 13 June 2017 in which was signed for. Additionally, the credit bureaus also informed me that these documents were sent to each of the creditors in question so I am not sure why I am having to send this a third time, but here it is anyway. I also sent this company another letter requesting proper validation of account ie handwritten/electronic signature on contract on the same date the police report and documents were sent. I have not gotten a response back as of yet. Please note that correspondence to this situation will need to be handled in this manner only so as to correctly document activity in case legal action need to be taken. I will await your swift response to this manner.

The original complaint is not resolved. I asked for a very fair removal of the $150 profit fee for the loan. The response the business gave is very general and vague. It means nothing. They wasted my time and lied against what they promised me in writing.You are called the Revdex.com. 1. What have you asked them for to verify my complaint? 2. Have you listened to the recordings of my calls, like the business said they did? 3. If you did, you would have heard in the background, just as I did, and I took the time to explain everything in the first complaint I filed. I gave you details of instances, names, times, days, people I talked to, what they told me, what I heard the supervisors in the background told them when I was on the phone; everything?    Have

Review: ive filed several complaints in reference to this company. their third party collection company withdrew $884.25 from my account in 2013. I sent them the letter and everything from the company and now because I have filed chapter 13, they are still trying to collect 646.76 for a $200 loan. their third party company sent several letters with different amounts, threatned to have me arrested at my job and sent letters from the US federal courts. after they took the money, they told me I still needed to pay and additional 687.50 for court costs etc. when I cotnacted [redacted] via Revdex.com, they informeed us both they would no longer try and collect. I havent received any correspondence from them since 2012 but now they are trying to make me pay for something that was already paid for. they are still calling my job harrassing my coworkers, boss and still sending threatening emails saying I still have a balance. they have even contacted my family memebers who I havent seen or spoken to in some time harrasing and threatnening them as well.Desired Settlement: to stop sending threatening phone calls, messages and or emails. to stop tracking down my family and threatnening them. to stop callng my place of employment. to erase all negative inquiries on my credit report and to cease and desist all collection efforts thru my bankruptcy or any other means.

You entered into a loan agreement with company on 5/13/2011 to borrow $275.00 and pay back a total of $346.76 on 5/27/2011. This payment was returned, and on 7/13/2011 the account was sold to [redacted] due to non-payment. Based on the complete sale of this debt, company would be unable to create settlement offers or make payment arrangements.

In your complaint, you claim to have declared bankruptcy. In the investigation, we have determined that the bankruptcy claim occurred after the sale of the debt. Based on this information, company would not be responsible for clearing the debt through bankruptcy. You will need to contact the third party who owns this debt and provide them with the bankruptcy discharge paperwork.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint In my complaint I also stated a third party collection company withdrew over $600 from my account in collection with check n go. I reported this to the FTC, Revdex.com and [redacted] attorney general's office and received a response from check n go that they couldn't even find an account in my name then it was stated it was sold to a third party and they had collected the debt. The debt was Paid before the bankruptcy but check n go is still trying to collect on a debt already withdrawn from my account and caused even more debt to my situation.

The third party they sold it to should have let them know that it was paid for because on my bankruptcy stated Check N Go is trying to collect this bill. from my knowledge, it is illegal to do that in [redacted]. Ive tried to contact the company several times but it keeps saying the number doesnt work. when I google the number and the company, it says that they are a local third part company that buys debts and tries to collect off of them fraudulently. the numbers never work.

Review: I came up a little short for rent so I applied for a quick loan per their false advertising, and was misinformed by the website and employees that I would have the money I needed within 24 hours. Going by there websites information I gave them the incorrect number for routing and account info. 3 days later, much outside of there 24 hour window, I spoke to 3 different employees, none of which cared to help me or the reputation of there company. I was even told after changing the bank account information that they had not transferred any money to the account and that they do not check to see if it is even a valid account. So after much stress and agitation from the situation they had put me in they told me that I could reapply for the 24 hour(now 4 day loan) in three days after they had received their money(that they had not transferred) back.oDesired Settlement: Reimbursed entire rent and late fee due to stress and possible health problems that may arise from it.as well as any future medical bills from issues due to stress including, but not limited to blood pressure and stroke.

Review: I took out a payday loan at the [redacted] Road location which required 2 seperate checks for about half the loan. The checks were to be deposited if I did not come in an pay back in person. I was not able to come in so they did deposit both my bank an statement I provided show one was paid one returned on Sept 6 2012. I took a copy of my statement, and [redacted] of Check n Go on [redacted] road spoke with a teller who told her yes the check for $275.84 cleared and the one for $274.00 did not. At that time I paid $274 for the check that did not clear.On Oct 15 I recieved a call from [redacted] stating that Corprate is saying the check for $275.84 was not paid an I needed to come in an pay it. I checked with [redacted], my bank, an they said yes it was paid. I have asked to see the unpaid returned check of $275.84 but Check n Go has not produced it yet insists that I pay it.Desired Settlement: Settle an have some proof from Check n Go staed I am paid in full

Review: I took a payday loan out on July 26th for 250.00 the finance charge is 55.00 which made the total due 305.00, I will have paid 110.00 in finance charges in 1 month when I make my next payment Sept 3rd. I had the loan 1 week and paid full finance charges of 55.00 on Aug 3rd instead of them prorating the finance charges for the 1 week,that is double finance charges for a month. It should of been prorated from July 26th to Aug 3rd.Desired Settlement: I want the finance charge prorated like any other good business would do.

In the state of [redacted] the minimum term allowed is 5 days and the maximum is 35 days. For your first loan taken out on July 26th your next payday was August 3rd = (8) day loan which is when the loan became due. The current loan you have now which was taken out on August 3rd is due on September 3rd = (31) day loan. There is no pro-rating.

Review: Check n go's service is not very reliable. I recently got a loan from this company. I made a payment of about 90% of my loan and the very next day there was a withdrawal from my account that I was not notified of. I called to see why I was not notified they said they didn't know. I asked for a corporate number, I was given the district managers number and after almost 2 weeks and several voice mails I have not heard back from her. The workers at check n go tell me there is absolutely nothing they can do except give me another loan.Desired Settlement: I would like the overdraft fees refunded that resulted due to the funds taken out of my bank account.

Review: I had taken out a loan with the company. As per the agreement I notified them both and email and over the phone that I was revoking their ACH authorization. My bank account was still debited by the company. I then contacted them and got a run around to call back in an hour, then in another two after that. I was then told to fax my bank statement to prove they took my money. I did this. I then waited 3 days with no reply from the business. Finally, I called back and they assured me that would get the money back in my account before it overdrafted me. Then, that story changed and they told me they had to send a paper check, but that it would only take 1-2 days. I waited, then sent more statements with the overdraft fees. I was told that it would be sent along with the fees and that it should arrive today 6/26/14. No surprise when it doesn't show up and I call and they tell me that they are mailing it tomorrow. This will have been 2 weeks after they illegally debited my checking account, causing a lot of issues with me and my banking history. This company has taken my money illegally and it seems like they are unwilling to give it back. This has been such a ridiculous experience.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded. I understand that my account will go into collections, but when I revoked their ACH authorization, they had no legal right to debit my account.

It seems there was some miscommunication when you had asked for an ACH Revocation to be placed on your account. When you spoke to our manager, he was initially mistaken as to how we can provide those funds to you. Because you placed an ACH revocation on your account, we are unable to provide funds to your account electronically. This requires that a manual check is generated and sent to you. Our online operations do not have the ability to simply cut a check and send to you, so it was queued to be printed and sent. It was sent out on 6/26 to you directly.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I still believe that 3 weeks was ridiculous and that since you had broken contract because you did not honor the request for stopping the ACH that I can no longer be held to the contract. You have returned the funds, but it took so long that it caused stress, made me unable to pay bills on time, and took valuable time out of my day to straighten it out.
