Review: Hi I recently called veritec solutions which is a company that tells you how many active loans you have in Illinois. I was informed that I had 2. One of which I was aware of, but the other was from Check n Go. I was informed that I needed to get in contact with check n go to resolve the issue because veritec has no control

Of the situation at hand. I called the actual check n go that I took the loan out with in 2012 and have them my requested information and the representative on the phone informed me that my account was cleared. I ask him to remove me from whatever system is showing that I have not paid them. He told me he could not do it. I would have to speak

With the underwriting department. (800) 769-1058. I proceeded to call this number and all I got was a busy signal. The phone never rang. I called back to the local

Check n go to ask for a different number and was told there is no other number I would have to keep trying. Really?!?!?! I googled the check n go headquarters to get the corporate office number (513) 336-7735 where I went through a series of prompts which led to a dead end. I hung up redialed and went through the prompts 7 times and still never spoke with anyone. Clearly this is very frustrating and I would like an answer furthermore I want them

To remove me from their system.

I have investigated your complaint and offer you the following explanation:

On 4/21/2014 you entered into a loan agreement with Check n' Go to borrow $800.00 and pay back $1005.47 on 5/2/2014. Instead of paying the balance, you chose to refinance the loan and pay just the fees, pushing the payment to 6/2/14 and increasing the principal balance to $1125.00. Again, instead of paying the balance you chose to pay just the fees on 5/28/2014 and push the full payment to 7/2/2014. Prior to this payment you again requested a refinance to pay just the fees and push the payment out to 8/4/2014. When the company tried to draft the fees from your account the amount of $354.36 was returned by your bank. Because the fees were returned, the refinance was cancelled and the full balance of the loan became due. As of today, you owe the full balance of the loan totalling $1429.36. You may contact our collections office to make arrangements to pay this balance.

I went into the check n go store here in victoria tax. The lady by the name [redacted] very rude she refused to help me because she thought I caught a attitude with her telling me she doesn't have to help me. She also before all that I did a app online in they said I haveto do everything online so I left. Then 4 days later. They called me n said for me to go in the store because it will work faster. So I went into the store in the girl didn't even greet me the first thing she said was wasn't u the one that did the application onlineu said yes but the called me in told me to come here that's when the rudeness started slamming the printer down to mak copies of my papers her tone in her voice was uncalled for. She was very rude n disrepectful she will give y'all a bad rep.

Review: I went to check n go and paid the loan on the due date. They company in turn did not give me my check when I paid, in fact they could not find the check. I was given run-around statements like: "we won't deposit it" or "we'll shredd it". I told them that I wanted my check back. That was the contract agreement. I went again the next day (7-3-12) and they still did not know what happened to my check. Now, the only thing left to do was stop-payment on the check. I asked them to pay the fee for stop payment on the check since they lost it. Again, I was sent to their comment line, and given telephone numbers that was for messages only, and still no results. Please note, previously,they deposited one of my check before the due date. They can't be trusted. If that check is deposited it could seriously effect my account. Review: Since contacting the site this morning, I have received 36 spam emails and 4 telephone calls from various marketers. These have been unsolicited and unrequested and simply from making an inquiry at the Check-N-Go site. I have sent an email to customer service at Check-N-Go stating that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com regarding this practice.Due to this, I have no option but to change my phone number of 10 years, and throwaway my email address of several years or deal with this.Desired Settlement: I would like them to remove my address and phone number from the list they sold to these other marketers and to ensure that the unsolicited emails and phone calls cease.

Review: I have setteled the account check and go company for consumer loan for 2600, they make agreement that I have to pay Check and Go company for 634 for 8 times which make total agreement for 5800.But they told that You can repay anytime and stop agreement any time. After 4 payments of 643.51 2572 , I request settelment with this company they agreed to settle for 768 , after I asked them to send me the letter of settelment they refuse to send me letter by email but only agreed by phone on february ,2012 ,but they keep debiting my checking account after that phone call for 1334 usd twice for 351 and 631.00.Althought I have right to settle, repay or close the loan according agreement any time.She said I am still under the agreement and they keep debiting my account.When I called representative again she offering for me to settle the loan again using the debit card becouse they settle only that way.I have debit card on thier file which is conected with checking accountThe using this method to confuse the people only.Desired Settlement: They must settle account for 768 Irequest refund on the account , or I am going to file small claim court under this company for all amount 5000.If the dont stop debiting my account and refund amount 566 back to my account.

Review: I took out a $1,000 loan and agreed to repay $1,800 over 14 payments. I made 5 payments in the store over the payment amount, knowing that extra funds go towards early payment of the loan and interest at the final payment. Payment 6 came out of my bank account for $128.57. Payment 7 came out of my bank account for $128.57. I was paying as agreed and the payments were automatically coming out of my account. The payments suddenly stopped coming out and I felt positive that I had paid the full amount due on the loan. It turned out that due to their company turnover, no one in the office processed my automatic payment. On 09/30 Check N Go pulled $756 from my checking account, 1) without my permission and 2) for an amount way over the loan agreement. They have overdrawn my account and caused excessive bank fees and left me with $0 to exist until my next payday. I did not receive a single telephone call or a letter. I was hospitalized with pnuemonia from 9/17/12 to 9/23/12. They made no attempt to contact me before taking a drastic move against me.Desired Settlement: The overages against the loan amount should be returned to me, plus bank fees of $35 for NSF.I was overcharged by $215 for their staffing and transaction errors.

Review: I accidentally opted in for information sharing and contacted Check N Go customer service to review my options for opting out. The day I sent my information with my loan application, I started to receive over 30 phone calls in a day. The day after, the number went to 50. This day, Saturday-two days after, I have received a good 10 to 15.

The representative said that I had to contact each affiliate individually, but I have no access to this list of affiliates to prevent them from calling. There is no way for me to call these affiliates to opt out of their marketing programs because I don't have access to their contact information. I don't even know how many there actually are for me to contact - there could be a thousand of them for all I know! I have told quite a few to stop calling me, but some keep calling back anyway. They have left me with no opt-out options.Desired Settlement: I would like for Check N Go to send an "OPT-OUT" message to its affiliates on my behalf and/or send me a complete list of their affiliates in the next two weeks, so I can have a resource for calling them individually.

Review: on 1/25/14 at 11:48 am I got a private message on face book from a friend I had used as a reference for a loan telling me that check n go had called her and told her that they needed me to call them as I owed them a small balance of money ( still have this on my phone as proof) SO AT 11:58 my daughter calls check n go and states her name and that she is calling in regards to her mother.. [redacted] told my daughter that I still owed them $36.27. at that point my daughter states to [redacted] that she is not suppose to release debt information to unauthorized people [redacted] immediately hung up. my daughter called back asked for the corporate number [redacted] said she will let her DDO know and hung up.. So monday I called and spoke to [redacted] told her my name and asked for a payoff ms gave me the information without verifing any personal information to make sure I was the correct person.. at that point I asked for the corporate phone number to file a complaint of debt collection violations the only number she would give me was 1/888-3payday. In your signed loan agreement in paragraph 16, you authorized contact to you and your references during reasonable hours in order to acquire your location in order to pay the debt. Because we had no way to contact you directly, we contacted the references you provided based on this paragraph of the loan agreement. The district director admits that your daughter was told the amount owed in error, but corrective action was made immediately. The district director has also informed me that since the time of this complaint the loan has been paid in full.

Review: On 11/4/13 I applied for a payday loan for $250.00 through Check N Go online. Shortly after I received an email saying that my loan was finalized and the money was on the way to my bank account. Shortly after I also received my credit agreement via email which was already E-signed. On 11/5/13 I received the funds into my [redacted] checking account. The next day on 11/6/13 Check N Go withdrew the $250.00 from my account. I called to find out why they took the money out of my account the very next day and they told me that they did not verify my information and my loan was denied. My issue is that I received an approval email, my legally binding loan agreement and the funds into my account. Per their loan agreement they were not authorized to withdraw anything from my account until 11/27/13 when my loan was due. No one at their customer service could tell me why they deposited the money in my account if the information was not verified. They removed funds from my account and were not authorized to. I have all of the documents that they sent me as well as my bank statement. They have broken their own contract and I feel they need to be held accountable and this needs to be resolved.Desired Settlement: Contract fufilled

Review: I notified Check N'Go (CNG) by email ahead of time in 10/2011 that my payday loan payment would not clear on date it was due. They had always told me if something arose like this, to just let them know and they'd work with me. That was not the case. I let them know that my wife was very ill, had ER bills,& I had fallen behind on ALL my debts due to this. This was on top of my pay being decreased by my work. CNG still tried to take the payment out. They then started sending me emails saying I needed to pay the full loan amount of $626.91, then amount changed to $656.91. This was for $500 internet loan I was making $120 payments on, in [redacted]. I emailed them back each time, saying I let them know ahead of time it would not clear, what my situation was, and that I could start sending $50 a month to pay it off. AT NO TIME, did I say I would not pay the loan off. "[redacted]" at CNG then started emailing me, and was usually rude. They refused to make payment arrangements with me, kept telling me that they would not do things on my terms only their's, threatened to report to my credit, etc. I started sending $50 money orders in November 2011, even though they refused at first to give me paymt address. I was told the first payment never got there, so I had to cancel it. Sent 2 others in Jan and Feb 2012,received them back in the mail. Last I heard from them by email was in December when [redacted] said I was going to be reported to a third party agency if I did not pay by credit card on his terms. I had told them several times I did not have a credit card or bank account any longer nor could I afford one. I never received ANYTHING from a collection agency. June 4 my mother in law informed my wife that [redacted] & Associates called her looking for me. Wife called and made payment arrangements since they threatened to call my job and garnish my pay. I get fired for work calls.They want $806.91 now in payments. CNG says sold to [redacted], refuses to speak to me. Is all this legal? Do I need to report to other agencies?Desired Settlement: Would like any fees that are not legally authorized removed. Would like to know why price went up three times? Would like to know where the $120 payments that were taken out went? Thank you.

Review: I have a past due loan with the [redacted] Rd. in [redacted] and I'm trying to work something out with them as far as a payment arrangement and they are not willing to accept anything but the full payment of $965. I do not have $965 to just pay this off. I was told to call their corparate office to set up payment and the corporate office tells me they cannot do anything...that the store has to set up something. This is very frustating as I will be going on maternity leave very soon were funds will be even more limited. They have threatened me with Court papers for failure to pay when I am trying very hard to set up payments to take care of this debt. I have also asked if I could take care of the debt with a credit card but they will only allow cash. Review: I receive an expense check every week the first week I cashed my check at a check n go in Carlsbad I was told the kind of check I had would cost 3% I agreed.That same day I moved to Hobbs , The next week I found a ChecknGo in Hobbs , I was told the kind of check I had would cost me 3% to cash all well and good . I cashed it , The next week I went to the same location since it seemed I had good rapport with this company . After being waited on I looked at my receipt and it showed 8% I questioned this I told the Manager that this couldn't be right, She replied that that's the way it goes the prices change , I asked how can you charge me 5% more than the previous check that you cashed? She replied that there was nothing she could do about it . So I leave fuming vowing to myself never to patronize this place again . I get to thinking after I leave so I start making calls there is a complaint line for this company but it routes you to the establishment that I cashed my check at .So after trying to no avail to reach corporate I realized that there was just no use. So I contacted a Check n Go in Albuquerque. I explained the situation to the lady and she said it didn't seem right so I give her my number( a private number that was not shared with the ChecknGo here) she says she will call back. I over look the receipt that I was given It says two party check , I wonder how could a Manager of an establishment like this not know the difference between a two party check ( This check had only my name as the payee) . Ten minutes later I receive a call on my private number that wasn't shared I thought maybe it was the Albuquerque store . To my surprise it was the lady from the ChecknGo here . She goes on to tell me that she made a call as soon as I walked out of the door and realized that she had entered my check wrong I replied I asked you why it was higher , She said it was her mistake, I said so it cost me 50 some dollars over . How do we solve this she says I'm sorry you've just lost the moneyDesired Settlement: I want the extra money I paid I don't feel this is right the two previous checks I cashed were of a higher amount. I received a call from a legal firm saying they were going to give me a felony for not pay in check n go back. And that if I didn't have the money by today they will turn it over to my local county to have a warrant out for my arrest. Stated Check n go files a small claims within my state. State that their a legal processing firm and I needed go pay $771.62 by 12:05 pm or it will be sent off. The resolution is to have their collections agency watch what they say.

Review: Applied for a loan online to Check n Go. Check n Go Then passed my information to countless loan companies, who repeatedly call thought the day. Over 50 phone calls in one day! I was under the impression that I was doing business with Check n Go not the entire loan industry. When I called Check n Go, they said it would take 30 days to remove my phone number from the "Merchant List". In the mean time my phone will not stop ringing. I have to turn off my phone to avoid the harassment.Desired Settlement: Just please take my number off the call list TODAY not in 30 days.
