I am rejecting this response because: I do not want another service call. I have had two service calls with the supplier ([redacted]) and they have been able to fix the specific problems presented. The range has been used for 6 weeks and has had two fundamental components fail completely (power cord and ignitor). These two major issues indicate faulty workmanship on this range, so the only acceptable remedy is an exchange for a new product that meets the standard of a Viking range.

Once this is done we can give you the ETA and work with the service provider to help expedite the needed parts. It's been over 7+ months since my Viking dishwasher stopped working. [redacted] repair company came to consult 6 times (luckily within warranty) and Viking service have still not resolved the issue. Finally, [redacted] recommended that Viking send another repair company to look at it or replace unit. At that, Viking customer service had the audacity to say you are now no longer under warranty so you won't be covered! What about the fact that the dishwasher never worked in the first place. Extremely poor machine and even worse customer service. I feel so helpless at this point and completely conned by the company. Please be warned and never buy from Viking.
