I was advised that the regional service manager had already spoken to the local technician and that they would be coming out today, 7/14. Technician was here today to reassess/diagnose and said that he heard from Viking Friday 7/11 for the first time. <!--[if !supportLists]-->- <!--[endif]-->Range was purchased as a new item. The technician told us today that this unit had been serviced before as there were wire nuts in the electrical system that did not belong. <!--[if !supportLists]-->- <!--[endif]-->The technician has not advised us to stop using the range, nor has he mentioned any safety issue whatsoever, but while cooking dinner tonight, two burners were on, there was a pop and a large spark and the breaker on that side of the kitchen turned off; this is not the first time this has happened. <!--[if !supportLists]-->- <!--[endif]-->Viking failed to provide any customer service regarding my problem until BBB involvement.
