We accept the repair at no cost to us, either for parts or labor However, we do not accept the term, "final courtesy"! With the number of days of work that I have missed since the purchase of this expensive appliance, I will never be ahead! Our only real satisfaction, at this point, is to warn anyone remodeling a kitchen, not to purchase Viking Appliances! Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: I fully appreciate the offer to extend the warranty and accept that offer. However, I do not wish the file to be closed because the matter is NOT resolved. Mr***, for whatever reason, has stopped communicating with me and I am troubled. The oven is still not fixed and no one from Viking is communicating any longer. This remains a great source of pain and anxiety. I am expecting people of Saturday night of this week and am told that "the next available appointment" is Monday April 27. This is simply not acceptable to me. So while I want to work with Viking, I am not so sure that Viking still wants to work to resolve this matter quickly and efficiently

I am rejecting this response because: It is a standardized response to all their complaints and absolutely ludicrous....I paid $8K for a range that has been used times and has had repairs times already....every time I have to schedule a repair is a matter of time and money....I wait for the service people.....wait for the parts.....and the parts are delivered between 3-weeks....absolutely no consideration from Viking....and their service people are ridiculous.....damaged my brand new wood floors....I have never dealt with a company that could care less about their product or their name....Viking has no respect for the people that buy their product.....nor do they care....I really wish I had never bought this range and will continue to tell others to stay clear from VIKING....The worst purchase I ever made

As printed in the attached excerpt from the Use & Care manual; any cosmetic issues are to be reported to the selling dealer within 90-days from the date of the original retail purchase Based upon the registration the purchase date on file is July Also, cosmetic issues are not considered service issues, therefore the 90-day No Quibble policy would not have applied Unfortunately, Viking Range is unable to assist with the cosmetic issues outside of the 90-day warranty.Sincerely,
