Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I think the more pressing issue here is what message Viking is focusing on during the Marketing of their Product LineFor example, The yr P&L Warranty on each productAnd the No Quibbles Return Promotion on their productAs a consumer, thats all I heard or knew so "Thats the Message I received Loud & Clear from Viking"I never knew of the separate "Cosmetic Warranty" that stands alone.The fact is that I as the consumer NEVER knew about the "fine print" in the back of the manual that no one reads until they have a problem if anyIts never mentioned in their promotions....I truly believe in what I am stating and am sorry that Viking doesnt see my side of it....Sometimes, it takes someone on the other side of the phone to place themselves in someone elses shoes and see how they would feel if faced with the same predicament....Unfortunately, Viking doesnt Regards, Butch Goldsmith

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The appliances are crapYes, Viking extended the warranty on the refrigerator, however, when the warranty expires I will still be left with a refrigerator that breaks down every - month and then it will be on my dimeNot to mention the continuing frustration of having to request warranty work and wait months for parts There is no recent service on the compactors because they broke again shortlay after the last repairs They have been uninstalled and stored in my garage (worthless) I have replaced both with another brand and they have functioned beautifully, no issues This confirms the breakage was not due to our use, but rather the poor quality of Viking compactors Regards, [redacted] ***
