Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Viking is not living up to their end of their Marketing promise when they were trying to convince me to become a Viking customer.......Notice how they did not address the fact that their own employees in Sales / Customer Service only quote the Year warranty....and do not mention anything about the Cosmetic warranty when I called and asked them what their warranty was on their product last weekThis was clearly stated in my last response Why is that? Unfortunately, the only reason is because they are simply choosing Not to replyPretty telling! If Viking really cared about their customers, they would have tried to make this situation right in one fashion or anotherbut based on their actions thus far have made it clear that they do not care do make ANY attempts! Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I have attached a picture since I was not able to attach one before I do not buy that stains occur due to spillovers I should be able to clean my stove I have never heard of a stove that was not able to be cleaned and will stain due to spillovers I never asked to replace the stove, I just wanted the burner covers taken care of Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I had the repair people here on Friday, February 24, 2017....they replaced the fan/blower and found another problem with the range....and needed to replace the relay board....how many parts are you planning on replacing.....seriously....a year old range used times and has had major parts replaced.....don't give me you're standard corporate response.....the fact is, you know your product has defects and is a LEMON and you just want to appease the consumer with the standardized corporate email response....it won't work with me....I plan on pursuing this matter....Trust me Regards, [redacted]
