I am rejecting this response because: AGAIN, I have called the service provider and they have ordered the parts and the ETA is 30 days at the most.  That is unacceptable.

I am rejecting this response because: so far 2 Viking units have caused over 20k of damage to my house due to unsafe and hazardous design.  This is not about a warranty.  We have left this in the hands of our insurance company for subrogation.

I am rejecting this response because: I followed their "seasoning" process and it was during the 1st and ONLY process when the rust occurred! Their manual instructs to use water and vinegar first, then apply the cooking oil after. When I started with the water and vinegar first, IT RUSTED! So I immediately stopped and contacted Viking.  This is not the cause of "human error". The company IS NOT taking responsibility for their instructions inside their own manual.

However, Viking does not have a life time warranty on this part nor do...

we make this every part that is on the appliances. We purchases some parts from other vendors and unfortunately, some parts are discontinue after a period of time with Viking and those vendors.

The power cord is a maintenance part that can get damaged for vary reason; [redacted] tech has examine the range and found that the range is not faulty and working fine; however, as a good will gesture Viking Range will replace the power cord on the range.  Both [redacted] and the Viking Range office in MS follow the same guidelines.  The US office is unable to change a decision made by [redacted].Based on the registration found, the range is more than 7-years outside of the full manufacturer's warranty.  Unfortunately, Viking Range is unable to cover the cost of any portion of the repair.The customer has been advised by both [redacted] and Viking Range.Sincerely,

Viking would not be able to offer replacements for the customer's products. We will be happy to have them repaired under the manufacturer's warranty and expedite the parts out to make sure they get serviced as quickly as possible.

While I am extremely pleased with the offer of replacement, we have no idea as to when this wi be done   
We have been told a new appliance has been ordered and we will be contacted by an installer 
since we are dealing with a defective appliance that is critial, especially during the holiday seasshopping n,  we would appreciate being given a time frame and a contact person for our situation

Viking Range has received your Revdex.com complaint regarding your Viking refrigerator and dishwasher.  We are truly sorry to learn of the issues encountered.  Viking Range will be pleased to fully support any warranty repairs to your Viking appliances in accordance with the terms of the warranty as outlined in the Use & Care manual.
 
Unfortunately, we are unable to approve your request for replacements.  However service records will be forwarded to be further reviewed by the Viking service Techline.  They will be able to provide the local service provider any needed technical assistance to resolve the issues.
