I am rejecting this response because: The appliances are crap. Yes, Viking extended the warranty on the refrigerator, however, when the warranty expires I will still be left with a refrigerator that breaks down every 3 - 4 month and then it will be on my dime. Not to mention the continuing frustration of having to request warranty work and wait months for parts. There is no recent service on the compactors because they broke again shortlay after the last repairs. They have been uninstalled and stored in my garage (worthless). I have replaced both with another brand and they have functioned beautifully, no issues. This confirms the breakage was not due to our use, but rather the poor quality of Viking compactors.

I am rejecting this response because:
I ALWAYS clean my stove after every use. I am offended that they would state otherwise. The pictures that I submitted was from a boil over, (happens frequently when people cook), and I was not able to get it clean after cooking. I wanted Viking to acknowledge that their products have this issue. After doing many searches online on how to clean the stove, I realized that I am not the only one that this has happened to.
On a good note, I received part of the replacements from the customer service rep but the burner bases are on back order.
