Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I drove to Washington DC weeks ago to solve this problem in person A representative was able to waive my late fees and all excessive charges For the record, when I spoke with the representative in person, she told me that they had never even closed my mother's account and the only reason the final bill was 7/14/was because a new tenant had set up service on that date months of incorrect information from every single representative I spoke with causing me needless stress and anger I will never recommend this company to anyone

March 27, K StNW, 10th FloorWashington DC 20005-3404Re: Washington Gas Account # ***Dear Revdex.com, Washington Gas is in receipt of the rebuttal regarding an installment plan and budget billing that was set up on the accountWe sincerely apologize that the original response was not satisfactoryA call was placed to the customer on March 24, to discuss the account and we received no answerBelow we will address all of the concerns mentioned in the rebuttalUpon review of all billing invoices going back to back to January 2016, the first budget installment of $started on the invoice dated January 8, During the month budget billing cycle, there were no late fees assessed due to making payments in a timely manner. We have linked the customers email address with our Washington Gas eService website so all invoices, payments, and account history can be viewed at the customer’s convenienceA password reset link was sent to the email address on file which will allow you to access the online account. In January 2017, Washington Gas implemented a new customer service systemWhen this system became active, all balances that were due for all of our customers were placed on an installment plan automatically to make it easier for our customers to pay and extend the due date of paymentsNotice of this installment plan was placed on the top of the invoice dated December 6, Washington Gas does not reinstate a new budget billing plan for the year until we receive notice from the customer that they would like to be placed on budget billing. We appreciate the opportunity to explain our policies and proceduresIf you have any further questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact our customer support center at 703-750-or via email at [email protected], Washington Gas Customer Support
